Hi there,
I had a message to confirm the licence of this plugin on my domain. In doing so it thinks that i have used it elsewhere. Which I haven’t. The only thing that comes to mind is that when building the site it was under a different domain because it needed to be built elsewhere. I can’t even remember the the domain I built it under but it’s only under one domain now which is https://mindspacecounselling.co.uk

Thinking about buying this. 1. is their a way to set a deposit amount per service. Trying to use this for a bowling alley reservation system. Currently using WooCommerce booking. And I have this ability thru some other plugins.. For instance, a lane reservation is 20% of the total where a Friday night reservation is free and then Monday morning reservations are $5…
Also, is their a way to block out a certain time.. for instance.. set July 9th unavailable from 11am to 2pm… instead of saying im not available the entire day..

This isn’t what I was looking for.. im talking about.. someone needing off July 9th, from 1pm to 4pm.. but they still want to allow their services from 11am to 1.. and then 4pm to etc…
lastly, is their an option for them to pick a day and time and see what services are available…

In that case, you can set working day from 11 am to etc and a break from 1 pm to 4 pm. But this schedule will be repeated every week.
If you want to block out a certain time on a certain date you can use Bookly Special Days add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212817929-Extra-Long-Short-Days-Special-Days-add-on-
It allows customizing the schedule of your employees during the holiday season or any other occasion, without changing your regular schedule.

Currently, there is no option to pick a day and time and see what services are available.

Hey, I would like to know if this works with this plugin.
in the working week you can simply make a booking for a wellness service. If the block is reserved, it is no longer possible to book at that time.
you can also book on Saturdays but there is a service that you can also book as an extra. So this means 1. For example, I book a wellness massage on Saturday at 10 am for one hour as is possible during the week.
2. Someone else also wants to book a wellness massage weekend at 10 am for 1 hour, then this should also be possible. We just have to set a limit of 1 booking per hour on this.
Is this possible? Then this plugin is very suitable for us. Thank you.

With Group Booking add-on you will be able to set service capacity 2 or more for the weekend. You might also need Special days add-on to create special booking conditions for Saturdays only. Please review those add-ons to make up your mind and see if they suit your business.

What I still want to ask, I see that you can create multiple booking forms with this plugin, is it not the case that with another new booking form I can just add an extra service for Saturday? doesn’t this just work separately? Then I don’t have to buy extra add-ons?
Those multiple forms will be connected to one and the same schedule and calendar, so basically you can add form on multiple pages, but they will all be the same and connected to one system.

“Google Calendar: Could not json decode the token” problem.
Updating the plugin gives me an entire new instance of the plugin without any booked appointments. (appointment tab is empty) If i revert the plugin to an old state, it works again.
Please provide me some assistance here, as i’m not paying 75€ for support for a plugin that should be working from the start!!!

For the first time on a new client site I understand that there has been a double-booking that processed both as a booking and with both payments being taken via paypal. i can provide more details as required. Hello, could you help me with a few pre-sale questions please.
I am trying to create a site to allow booking for 5-10 live game experiences, they want someone to choose a “live experience”, then a date and then pay for it online. The live experiences are mobile, so they could book out all 10 on the same date, they would be booked out for the whole day.
Looking at your plugin i can see it can do this, but it seems to have more functions than i need. Can you remove step 2. Time? Can you also remove items from the “service” options?? Can you change the titles of the services, ie Category to Live Experience??

Hello, your plugin looks fantastic: Hi, I am trying to solve the following problem: My company offers a 3 month membership to our learning center. Ideally customers pick their product, which allows them to pick 1-5 sessions per week. Then they select the date and time they can attend for the next 12 weeks. (there are only 20 seats available at each session) Since the 3 month memberships begin from the day they start, the system needs to keep track of how many spaces are available at any given time. As a bonus, the membership would also give them drop in credits that they can use to book events. Lastly through a drop down they can select their program or class content. I am happy to do this in any way that is possible.
We have other products, which are just simple events, like camps and daily classes which are easier to configure.

I already setting Services at Staff member menu have 2 services per staff (First: Service A capacity min 1 – max 45, Second: Service B capacity min 1 – max 15) and I try to booking at frontend and then I found issue: Customer can’t booking service B if previous customer was booking service A (Capacity available.It’s not full). How can I do customer can booking all services with one staff?

with the plugin can I allow a user to set their availability date, and allow another user to reserve it? basically the web would be an intermediary, can I do that with the plugin?

This can only be done if you set these users (which set their availability date) as staff members manually in your WP admin panel.

I have 2 issues. Number 1 is that after I purchased Bookly Pro, now bookly is no longer working. When I choose the options on the first step and then press the “next” button, nothing happens. It won’t move to the second step.

Hello, Ive purchased several PRO licenses and many add ons for a couple different websites.
I have a site with a PRO license under dev right now. I need to setup scheduling for the services (all services have same schedule).
The service is only offered during certain hours of the day, which differs depending on the day.
Example:
Sunday Availability 830am-930am, 10am-11am, 1130am-1230pm, 1pm-2pm, 230pm-330pm
Monday Availability 6am-7am, 730am-830am, 6pm-7pm, 730pm-830pm, 9pm-10pm
I can purchase whatever add-ons i need. im just lost as to which add-on or combination of add-ons will accomplish this.

i bought those 2 add ons and installed them. It seems that I would have to setup every single day separately. There is no bulk method or recurring way to do it…meaning = it would be ideal to just setup one single week of “custom hours of operation” and then thats how it is throughout the calendar. As it is now with these 2 add ons, I would have to setup each and every days hours far in advance. Am I correct in my assessment?
it looks like there is no easy way to block off times and dates on the calendar.

Unfortunately, you need to set them up manually one by one since add-ons were designed for special days or hours, which means it is not your regular week/day or month pattern and should be created separately. I just purchased de Bookly Pro pluging and it looks really need. I have 2 questions though.
1. How can I change the font color of the fields where the customer writes his personal info (name, etc.). It is set on white now, but the background color on the website is also white.
2. How can I remove the availability settings from the customer in the first step?
