Hi, I’m using several bookly plugins + pro version and really like the plugin… But I have several questions : 1) How do I change font color for different steps of reservation process ? 2) You gave me the method to change font size, but now the ‘variables’ are too big, how do I resolve this? 3) Is there a way to only have Employees list once the Service is selected ? (now I can select an employee without selecting a service, but then get blocked because I have to select service) 4) Once I have selected a service and a professor, I can’t change the service without refreshing the page 5) How can I change the shopping cart icon? (thoughout ALL steps of reservation process) 6) Can I change the order of fields ? For example have the personnalised fiels come BEFORE telephone & email?

Do you mean that there should be an option to limit the number of services which can be booked in one session? For example, you book Service A and Service B. And there is no option to book Service C due to limitation? I’m afraid such option is not supported. Can I use Bookly to reserve amenities in my building? I want my residents to be able to, for example, select an amenity: Hot Tub or Sauna or Tanning bed, etc… Then select the timeslot and not have to select a category or employee or be taken to a payment screen. Also, is there the option to allow the resident to pick a custom duration?

Please read the question. I simply asked… Can I configure Bookly so that the customer can select the service and the time to create the booking. I don’t want the customer to have to select a category or employee; nor should the customer have to submit payment. Is this doable?
Hi,
Yes, hide any of them when placing the booking form on a page (https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185): a click on the “Add Bookly booking form” button will open a window with a checklist that contains all of these fields (and some more).
Just make sure that, for the fields you remove, in that same window you choose the default value (required for the plugin to function properly). For payments – disable all payment methods (incl. offline) in Bookly Settings -> Payments, and the payment step will be gone from the booking form altogether.

Unfortunatley Bookly doesn’t provide the option to set up a specific time period, e.g. a customer isn’t allowed to choose the end time of the appoitment.
But you can choose a specific time slot period which displays the starting time of the appointment.

Hiya,
I’ve set the opening hours from 1000-1400 and the same for the single staff member.
However, when making a booking, under the Service section it only has Start From at 1100 and Finish By at 1500.
When clicking next to select a class, the only time slot is 1100.
Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

Hi,
I m using Bookly for a set play area. I have set the time slots up the first screen.
Basically they can then have entry for one day.
But then when I go to time screen it just shows the date they want again?
Is there a way around this?

But if you mean that you want to use artists as staff member and they should register themselves, such option is not supported. It’s possible to see Bookly section only under Administrative right or Bookly supervisor.
