Version 6.0.2 has a huge BUG: When using a custom heading element, the title/text is replaced with “This is custom heading element” when saving the page! This happens randomly and is annoying as my content/titles get lost!! This especially happens when using html in the field, in my case using the FONT COLOR or STRONG tags. I can only get it done when entering the html in text view in classic mode and saving the page when the VC view is not active..

Here is the fix for Grid filters
I have confirmed there is indeed an issue with the grid filters not working. Simply open the file at js_composer/include/templates/shortcodes/vc_basic_grid_filter.php and change the last line from:
return $output;
to:
echo $output;
I hope this helps others as I see various people complaining here in the comments.
This is a simple mistake on the devs end, so cut them some slack. The reason the echo is needed is because vc_get_template uses ob_start and ob_get_clean (incase a dev is reading this).

Hello, Yes, the 6.0.3 version works fine with PHP 7.2. Unfortunately, we have not tested it with older versions, but it will also work fine with PHP 5.6.

Hi guys, version 6.0.2 has a problem with third party shortcodes (add ons). The frontend doesn’t render the shortcode and the backend gets broken when trying to post.
The error is the following:
Template file is missing for `shortcode-name` shortcode Make sure you have `wp-content/themes/your_theme/vc_templates/shortcode-name.php` file in your theme folder. in /home/user/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/shortcodes/core/class-wpbakeryshortcode.php:270
I read some other user reported the issue but he claims version 6.0.2 doesn’t have the problem, I disagree. I had to roll back to 5.7. I’ll be looking forward to an update. Thanks!

Hi, I just renewed support but when i login to item support it says my support has expired.
I have a really urgent problem. The plugin is not working in the backend. I only see shortcodes. I deactivated the gutenberg editor, didnt help. Some item settings are “locked” and I cant click/activate the settings. We are gona launch the site today so this is like a smack in the face without no warning. It worked perfectly a few hours ago and last thing i did was to close my browser after editing was donne.
Its really urgent, do you have support today?
Hello, As the support is renewed via codecanyon, in this case, you should import it into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account.
Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import.
About the issue faced, please make sure that the editor is activated for pages under WPBakery Page Builder -> Role Manager -> Post Types.

Hi, fixed, thanks for pointing out. Recomend to make the “small text” on the licence page that informs of this a bit more visible/dark, got a really bright screen and i didnt notice it yesterday lol

I have made shure editors are activated for all pages, not to unfamiliar with wp bakery as i have probably used it on 30+ sites. Never had this issue before though.

Hello, Each column is specific to the row and hence the column from one row cannot be moved to another. However, you can drag the content inside the column from one row to another.
