I’m looking for a plugin to add on my Casamia WordPress theme (premium theme) that allows me to: - embed an airbnb calendar in the plugin calendar - the price of the property varies according to the dates indicated in the calendar - once the elements are filled in, a request is made via a contact form sent to the site administrator. There is no payment. - We can change the currency (€, $, ...)

Bookly is compatible with the vast majority of Wordpress themes and, as long as the theme is developed according to the Wordpress Codex, it is most likely compatible with yours. While it isn’t technically possible for us to test all themes out there, incompatibility issues have been rather rare in our experience. In order to make sure that your theme works with Bookly, your best bet is to try installing the free Bookly Lite plugin (the stripped down version of Bookly). If the Lite plugin works with the theme, then the main Bookly PRO version will work as well.
1. Currently, that is not supported, Bookly can be integrated only with Google and Outlook calendars via add-ons.
2. This looks like a feature we haven’t implemented yet. However, we’re constantly working on improvements and value all feedback.

3. You can set up default pending status for all new appointments and your staffs can approve them manually. You can disable payments in Bookly menu-settings-payments tab or set local payments.
4. You can enable the needed currency in Bookly menu-settings-payments tab http://prntscr.com/nyk4t3 but you can’t just change it from one currency to another all the time.

Hi there, I was wondering if you could tell me if the following is available/possible with Bookly.
I have a client that is wanting a lot of different booking forms for various types of retreat events etc and I was wondering if Bookly can handle these. The events/venue booking requirements are as follows (I’ve also enclosed a screenshot of what she sent me in terms of what she is wanting – not the best so apologies in advance):
1. To book the whole retreat from say Friday to Monday and for the user to see in the frontend what is available, unavailable and booked in a calendar view and to choose extra services etc if required.
2. A holiday booking page, same as above
3. A training booking/coaching booking page for the following: 2 day, 1 Day and 1/2 day
4. A booking page for the retreat services like yoga, meditation, coaching etc.
I appreciate that the above is quite a lot, however, I’m trying to find a solution for what she is asking (which is a lot!).

Hello!
I noticed that if in backend I book an appointment for a specific day at a certain time, and 2 hours later I book a new appointment for the same day and the same time, the program will warn me saying: ” the selected period is occupied by another appointment”, but if I clic on SAVE the program allows me to book that second appointment, instead of stopping me and inviting me to choose another time or day. Maybe is there a setting to choose?

No, this does’nt happen in frontend…. this happens in backend, I only book in backend all my appointments…. if in backend I book an appointment today at 4 pm and 2 hours later I book another appointment for today at 4pm, the program will warn me, but let me book the second appointment by clicking on SAVE! That’s the issue.
This is not an issue. Since you are the administrator you can manage your bookings and if you need to replace one booking with another – the system will warn you but let you do this. Please, book the appointments from the frontend or let your clients do this.

If I need to replace one booking with another, I modify that booking, I need not add another one…. I think the program has to avoid the double bookings also for administrator…
If you would like to replace it completely, then please make sure to delete the old one to avoid duplications.

In Settings > Holidays, block the days of the year when you’re closed. The holidays can be recurring. Please note that these settings will be used as defaults for all new staff members you create from that point on, but won’t affect existing staff’s schedules.
To block the days for your staff, you need to go to Staff > Specific Staff Member > Days off: http://joxi.net/4Akj1gvCo5Y4e2 section in the back-end.

Hi there,
I am suddenly having all kinds of issues with your plugin — which is really unfortunate, because it has worked so well for me in the past, so much so that I’ve used it on multiple sites and recommended it to other developers. I’m hoping to have a good experience with you here.
Here is what I am facing:
1) You’ve changed your Cron Job setup from what it was before, and I am unable to get it to work, despite setting it up correctly on my server or through other third-party cron services. (I tried setting it up through EasyCron but it seems the instructions found here [https://www.easycron.com/cron-job-tutorials/how-to-set-up-cron-job-for-bookly-booking-plugin-responsive-appointment-booking-and-scheduling] no longer apply because it shows the old cron path from before.) Can you show us how to set it up in EasyCron now that you’ve changed the Cron path?
2) Various parts of the plugin will not work for me all of a sudden: for example, if I go to Services and hit the green “Add A Service” button (or even the white “Categories…” button right next to it), a modal window pops up for a split second and then disappears. I can’t add a new service at all (which I needed to do to test Cron notifications).
I’d like help with these two items as soon as possible. Thank you!

I’m trying to accomplish that customers need to buy 4, 8 or 12 lessons with woocommerce before they can book a lesson with a teacher. So when they bought a package they are allowed to book multiple or one lesson at a time with a teacher to their liking. When they run out of lessons they need to buy a new package. Is this possible?

1) Can I add custom field – One line text field, phone numbers, etc.? 2) Can I add a custom tab – Add After Time or Details tabs 1a) Can a user after submitting a form get an email with a generated link that would direct user to a page with single line of text field where he would write a text and that would sign to that user in backend database? Also I didnt find an option to be able to add max capacity of for example 5 reservations per one term. As I was testing it, I made one reservation and that one term/slot disappeared. Is it possible? How?

Shame. this is not cheep plugin and such option need to be there by default cuzz you anyway charge for extra addons. I just hope you will give a bit of rest to your clients by dropping in some basic features like that.
