Excellent support, would recommend. They only ever didn’t reply once but I did give them kind of a hard ask. My only peeves? 1) All the typos in the UI, and 2) the changelog items at the bottom of the product’s page here not being dated. Otherwise, A+

Hi there, this is going to be my pre-purchase question. I have seen this http://creativeinteractivemedia.com/real3d/page_2-3-5/ and it has everything what my client needs. I just have 1 question and it would be great if you could answer this as early as possible.

1. The PDF doc in the demo has a page like an index an having inner links that opens a chapter from the PDF it-self. My client needs to add external links that suppose to be opened in a new tab, is it possible with this plugin / version?

With only one page in flipbook, on mobile the page keeps crashing! In version 3.8.3 and also 3.8.5. Multiple pages works fine.

Mobile settings: webgl and single page view enabled.

Whenever I double tap on mobile, or tap the next navigation arrow it also crashes and a lot of times it already crashes on page load.

I also can’t see the option to hide navigation arrows when there’s only one page used..

Please help me out.

Great job on the plug in. Best one I’ve seen thus far. And I have spent HOURS looking for the best.

I sent you an email about three issues I’m currently encountering. The first one is that the social media icons on the footer disappears where Flipbook is located. Upon reading some comments, I noticed that it is because you are using Font Awesome 5. Switching from Font Awesome to Material does not help. And I cannot figure out where to update the site to Font Awesome 5. Would that be a theme update or an Elementor update? Or is that through FTP? Is there a way you can add what Font Awesome version we can use?

Secondly, the same pages on mobile never load no matter what settings I change or what browser I use. And the PDF I am using is properly saved and optimized, so I know large file size and loading time is not an issue.

Thirdly, on mobile, when flipping through pages, or waiting for the pages to load (see issue two), the website will suddenly reload with an error message at the top reading “This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred.” This constantly happens. Whether it is because of flipping through pages, waiting for pages to load or even zooming in to look at parts of the PDF.

Fourth, Full screen mode is a blank. That to me is ok since I want to use normal (boxed). But just thought you should know that whenever I select that, nothing loads.

Fifth, when I look at the console to resolve some issues, I get a ton of error messages. Those errors are included in the email I sent.

Sorry for the long comment. Again, great plug in. I am impressed with how great it is. I just hope you can help with these issues.

Upon the loading of the page with the plug-in, the PDF book appears very small (150px by 260px) but once I just adjust the browser size(either adjust it by dragging or clicking on full screen mode, it becomes full screen mode

Could you tell me how to fix this issue? I want it to be in the full screen mode right upon the page load

Again, the preloader still loads on the top of the page eventhough the flipbook is located down in the middle of the page. How can this be resolved??

Hi, i can’t do any modiffications to the flipbooks neither create a new one. When i try to do it and press the update button it shows an error message ”Error: Forbidden”.What can i do?
