Mobile Only feature doesn’t seem to function as it used to. It’s all or nothing. Please look into a resolution for this. Thanks!

2. Please clear your WordPress website cache.

3. Please clear your browser cache (desktop and mobile devices).

Hi, can you use the license on multiple sites or do I have to purchase one for each site?

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin. :)

According to the policy of Envato, one standard license allows the plugin to be used in a single end product (a specific website/domain).

Therefore, if you’d like to use the plugin on multiple sites then you will need to purchase a separate license for each site.

You might like to read more details on the CodeCanyon License page: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard .

Hello,

I had a feature request. An option to exclude pages. This way if we only have one page we want to exclude for example the My Account page, we just have to select one instead of having to handpick.

Thank you :)

Hello Deyson,

Thank you for the suggestion! No problem, we have added this feature to our “Feature Request List” and will add it to the plugin in a future update.

We will inform you when this feature is available. ;)

Thanks!

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hey Deyson,

Just want to let you know that we have replied to your message via email. Please check your email inbox – If the email is not in your inbox please don’t forget to check your spam/junk/bulk folder.

Thank you!

Thank you :)

I look forward to the new feature. It will be a huge time saver. Have an amazing day! :)

Hi There, Purchased the Loftloader pro and facing two issues: 1- Any link or button with a js forces the transition to start. For example a ‘scroll to top (or a section)’ button or ‘open cart side pane’ reloads the whole screen with the plugin enabled. Is there any ways to make the plug in ignore js commands? ( we tried excluding page links but it didn’t help.) 2- Logo/percentage/message kick in long after the background transition. We have tried with smooth page transition on or off but same result. Is there a way to force the plugin to start showing the logo/message/percentage at the same time with the background or with less delay?

- We have the latest WP, Woocomerce, Plugin version 2.o Thanks in advance.

Hi Mike,

Thank you for contacting us. We have received your email and have replied to your email. :)

And please see the answers below:

1. Exclude links for Smooth Page Transition:

After adding the excluded links in the settings panel, if you check the page code, you will see “data-insite-transition-excluded” attribute. Please check this screenshot.

We checked your website but we did not see this attribute. Please check this screenshot.

Could you please add those links again (to the “Links excluded from Smooth Page Transition” text field), and then let us know so that we can check your website again?

Or, you can take some screenshots of those buttons and send us these screenshots by email, let us know which buttons are so we can provide further assistance.

2. Logo/percentage/message kick in long after the background transition:

We have answered this question in our email. Please check our email for the detailed answer.

Thank you very much.

Hi,

It looks like its possible to use our own images but did I read it right that we can also do basic animation on that image inside of the plugin admin panel?

Also, is it possible to remove the % and make the number end at 88 instead of 100?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin. Please see below:

1. Custom Images

Yes, you can use your own image in the loading screen. And the image can be used in the following situations:

1). Static image. Your image will be displayed on the loading screen. Without any animation, just a still image. (Check the example.)

2). Custom image loading. Select this animation and upload your image, then a loading animation will be applied to this image. (Check the example.)

3). Custom image bouncing. Your image will bounce during the loading process. (Check the example.)

4). Custom image rotating. Your image will keep rotating during the loading process. (Check the example.)

5). Drawing frame. This animation does not directly animate the image itself. There will be a frame that wraps the image and the frame will be animated. (Check the example.)

2. “Is it possible to remove the % and make the number end at 88 instead of 100?”

Sorry but currently the plugin doesn’t support this feature. We have added it into the “Feature Request List” and will consider adding it to the plugin in future updates (priority depends on whether there are other similar feature requests). Thank you for this suggestion. :)

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hi, apologies for the delay. Its probably not something that many people are going to request unfortunately. Is it really not possible to find the 100 in the code somewhere and change it to 88?

And also remove the % symbol permanently?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. Please see below:

1. The ”%” symbol can be removed by editing the code.

2. Sorry, but it is not that easy to change “100” to “88”. You will need to modify some relevant code to change the algorithm, not just the number.

Thank you very much.

Hello,

I am using WP-Rocket and it seems my pages loads before your loading animation.

My question is what should I add to the “Excluded Inline JavaScript” or “Excluded JavaScript Files” sections of the WP-Rocket settings.

Thank you :)

Hello Deyson,

Thank you for your feedback. :)

We just checked your site again – Yes, we saw the issue you mentioned. Very strange, yesterday we did not see the problem after excluding the CSS files. :(

No problem, please send us developer access, and we will check this issue again.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hello, I had just sent you developer access. Thank you & have an amazing day! :)

Hello Deyson,

Thank you for sending us developer access. :)

We checked and found that this problem occurred because the CSS files were loaded a bit late.

So we changed 2 settings in WP Rocket’s “File Optimization” tab. Please see this screenshot.

1 – “Remove query strings from static resources”

2 – “Optimize CSS delivery”

After unchecking these two options, now the flash issue has been resolved. We tested your site and recorded a video. Please check this video. You can see from this video that the loader is working properly without the flash issue now.

Thank you very much. And have a great day~

Hi There,

Currently I have an issue when installing the plug-in, it says installation failed, on every website I’ve tried.. How do I solve this issue?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

It sounds like you uploaded the entire package of the plugin, which also includes documentation and licenses.

After downloading the file from CodeCanyon, please unzip the file, and you will get the “LoftLoader Pro” folder. Please get into the folder > “WordPress Plugin” folder > and find “loftloader-pro.zip”. This is the installable WordPress plugin. Please upload this zip to your website to install the plugin.

You may like to check the online documentation here: Install LoftLoader Pro.

If you still cannot install the plugin on your website, could you please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log into your website so that we can install the plugin for you? If you need our help, please email the login credentials to general@loftocean.com .

Thank you very much.

Are we able to add customize animation gif loader ? Here is the gif, https://dribbble.com/shots/3856422-Stir-it-well ,Can i use this gif in preloader

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Yes, you can add your own animation gif image as the loader. Please see this example page on our demo site: Test for GIF. Thanks.

Hi, Is there a way to make the animation work for a prolonged period (like 60 seconds)?

I have a page with very heavy tables and it takes more than 20 seconds to load.

I was wondering if I can make it work for longer periods.

Thanks, Dan

Already found the solution in the comments. Sorry for the bother.

Now it is working perfectly!

Hi Dan,

Thank you for the update. We are glad to know that you have solved it! :)

Hi, I am looking to set a custom preloader for one of the actions from a login page. Customers/stores will join our website and when they do, they will click a button. After this there is delay in transition to the new store dashboard . I want to show a custom preloader here. Will it work this preloader?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Sorry but our plugin cannot achieve the result you want.

1. When the preloader is set on the login page, the preloader will be displayed when the login page is refreshed.

2. If the “Smooth Page Transition” effect is enabled, click the button (if it is a < a > link instead of a JavaScript button), the background of the preloader will be displayed, but the loader/message/progress indicator will not be displayed until the new page opens.

Therefore, if you want the preloader to display only after the button is clicked and before the new page opens, our plugin cannot achieve this goal. (You may like to know more details about the “Smooth Page Transition” feature.)

Thank you very much.

1. Can it be shown to specific woocommerce products?

2. Can it be shown to only specific woocommerce products having a tag named as “slow”.

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin. Please see below:

1. The preloader can be shown on all WooCommerce products pages (Settings > “Display On” > “Selected Post Types” > then choose “Products”).

2. Sorry, but currently LoftLoader does not support this feature. If some of your product pages load slowly, you can enable LoftLoader’s “Any Page Extension” feature and then add the preloader’s shortcode to these specific product pages. For more details please check our documentation.

Thank you very much.

Hello! I have a pre-sale question—can your plugin support random image? I have 2 images to set as preloader and I want it to display randomly

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Sorry, currently this plugin doesn’t support random image. But this is a very interesting idea! We have added it to the “Feature Request List” and will consider adding this feature to this plugin in the future (priority depends on whether there are other similar feature requests).

Thank you again for bringing this up. :)

Hi, I have an issue with the loader on mobile, the colored logo that is filling is moved from the backgrand logo that is black and white. This only happen on mobile

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

Just want to confirm your question:

Do you mean, you use “Custom Image Loading” as the loader animation, and your logo is colorful, but it looks black and white on mobile devices?

LoftLoader doesn’t have any code that can change the colors of the images. And we have not received any similar issue reports yet. Could you please provide the information listed below so that we can have more clues?

1. Please send us your website URL.

2. Does this problem happen on all mobile devices? Have you checked your loading screen on multiple mobiles? Please let us know what mobile device you are using when you see this issue.

3. Does this problem happen in all mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, or any other browser)?

4. Could you please check this example on your mobile to see if the logo you see is also black and white?

5. Could you please also provide some screenshots of the problem?

6. Please email these details to general@loftocean.com .

Hi,

Please add feature video loader animation

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion. :)

We will consider adding this feature in future updates. but we have some concerns: video files are usually not small, and it may take some time to load the video in the loading screen, which may cause visitors to wait for the video to load, so it will take longer to see the content on your site. Therefore, we usually recommend using an animated gif image instead of a video.

However, we would like to know more details about this feature request so that we can better understand your ideas. For example:

1. Under what circumstances would you like to use a video as the loader animation?

2. If this causes the loading speed to slow down and make visitors wait longer, can you accept it?

3. Or, when using a video as the loader animation, what you want to create is actually an opening animation (splash screen), not a normal preloader?

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hello,

i using video for preloader. my video not hight resolution and about 2 seconds, i think it ok (not slow when loading speed)

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

We have added this feature into the “Feature Request List”, and will consider adding it to the plugin in the future updates (priority depends on whether there are other similar feature requests).

Thank you again for bringing this up. Have a great day!

Hello, I have a client that needs a loader that display multiple gears spinning.Something similar to this: https://loading.io/spinners/gears/lg.dual-gear-loading-icon.gif

Is this possible with this plugin? If we create an animated gif or something from https://loading.io will it work with this?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Yes, with LoftLoader Pro, you can display a gif image in the loading screen. When selecting “Loader” animation, choose “Custom Static Image” and then upload your gif (please check the documentation for more details).

You may like to check out this example page on our demo site: Test for GIF.

Thanks!

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

I don’t know what you did with the new upgrade but, on my site, the loader doesn’t finish loading it stalls, so I had to go back to the outed version which works perfectly still.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear the problems you’ve encountered while using our plugin.

Could you please provide the information listed below so we can look into this issue for you?

1. Please send us your website URL.

2. Please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log in to your website, then we will update LoftLoader Pro to the latest version on your website, and then check the problem. Because each user may have a different site environment, this will be the best way to find out the exact cause of the problem.

3. Alternatively, you can create a staging / development site (a clone of your live website), and then update LoftLoader Pro to the latest version on the staging site to reproduce the issues that appeared on your live website. Then please provide us with a temporary admin account of the staging site so that we can check the problem and debug it on the staging site (without affecting your live site).

4. Please email these information to general@loftocean.com .

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Thanks for the reply, I have no problem giving you admin, but the problem site is live. I also have a campaign going as well so I will have to build a clone, which I don’t have time for that right now.

I see that someone had a similar issue (reklamill) and fixed the problem, So I’m going to have debugged this myself in the late hours.

If I still have issues, I get back with you.

HI,

Thank you very much for your reply. No problem, please let us know when you need our support. :)

Hello! Is it possible to trigger Smooth Page Transition on any custom link or custom element?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

If you encounter any problem while using our plugin, please always feel free to contact us for support. If any of the plugin’s features don’t work as they should, we will help users check the problem and resolve it.

Thank you very much.

Thank for the clarification. Can you please explain me what do you mean by in-site links? Some example please.

Hi,

You are welcome. :)

Sorry, we should have made it clearer: “In-site links” means “Internal Links”, they are links that go from one page on a domain to a different page on the same domain.

For example, please check this demo site. When you click the menu item to jump to another page on the same site, or click on any of the posts’ images, or a post title, or the “Read More” button on the Blog page, you will see the “Smooth Page Transition” effect triggered. However, if you click the “Purchase” link in the menu, this effect will not be triggered because it is linked to an external site.

Hope this helps. Thanks!

Hello! After installing update 2.0, Loftloader stopped loading – its image is visible on the screen, but loading does not go. What did I miss, help me with this question?

Sorry for the trouble, he coped with this problem.

Wow, thank you very much for your compliment! :D

Wish you all the best~

I have another suggestion to you.

I can not find a quality product scrollbar.

If you made a scrollbar product with a quality that is not inferior to loftlofder (and I know that it is in your power!), Let me know how it will be ready and I will buy it from you several times for your sites.

We will consider making such products in the future. Many thanks for your suggestion! ;)

Hello there!

Thank you for this lovely plugin – it works great out of the box :D

Although – I do have a small question if you don’t mind!

I’m using a plugin for chatting with customers (jivochat) and I’ve found out that Loftloader always waits until the chat is loaded. By that I mean the page is already fully loaded including scripts but Loftloader is still awaiting for the chat plugin to pop up.

Thus, is there a way to exclude the plugin (chat) off Loftloader?

Or, is there a way to set a maximum load time, let’s say to 1 or 2 seconds?

Thank you so much in advance,

Igor.

Hi Igor,

Thank you for contacting us, and thank you for the positive feedback! :)

Because the developers don’t work on weekends, could you please provide the following information, and after we receive it, tomorrow (Monday) the developers will follow up:

1. Please send us your website URL.

2. Please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log into your website so that we can look into this problem for you.

Please send these details via email to general@loftocean.com .

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

Hello! Can I transfer the license to another site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. Please check this chapter in the CodeCanyon License FAQ: Is my license transferable?.

However, if you just want to stop using LoftLoader on your website A and then start using it on your website B, then there is no problem.

Thank you very much.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Thank you very much for your answer! Sorry for the wrong question. “However, if you’re on your website, then there is no problem.” – this is exactly what i needed to know.

No worries. Thank you for your feedback! ;)
