I’ve concluded that when I’m signed in as admin on my site, I can see the menu. But when I’m logged out, it disappears. I’ve given the support team my admin login details, but haven’t yet received a response. They respond once a day, which is frustrating to me as I reply to their messages within minutes. I have yet to receive a response today.

enable badge not working in menu settings…
when you click ’’choose icon’’ or ’’choose image’’ under enable badge, it doesn’t do anything. tested 2 browsers

I have a quicker solution, can you give me a page or website with the list of badge icons? Then I can just paste that code in the badge icon menu and save it. Right now I don’t see a choice of icons for the badge that’s the problem. I’m trying to add a language flag.

As for 1.8.2, there is no option to add an additional navigation menu to the top bar. To add a topbar with social icons and the phone number please navigate to the Groovy menu single preset https://nimb.ws/m0hzoC and set the topbar setting to On https://nimb.ws/1snbmR . After that navigate to the Groovy menu Global Settings https://nimb.ws/DzcdRv and set the icons and links for the social icons and the phone.

Your current server environment is sufficient for most cases. However, there are two values that should be noted: “PHP Time Limit: 50” and “Max Input Vars: 5000”. They should be increased to 180 and 10000, respectively. Most hosting providers can increase those values without additional cost. The full article about System requirements can be found here

2) Yes, you can set icons to each menu item. Moreover, we recently released the functionality of a badge so you can add a regular icon to the menu and the badge icon as well

4) We have more than 200 different options. For the animation, we have a “shift from the bottom” and “fade in” animation. It is possible to add any other animations on request.
5) You are right. The groovy menu extends the Appearance > Menus functionality. There shouldn’t be any SEO issues.

Both Page builders are good. As we currently notice, the Elementor is more trending and clean. Also, the Elementor has a free version which is far enough to create many layouts and to understand how it works.

sorry i just did submit, the issue was wehn register i made strong pass with 15 uppercase and lowercase character,number and special character but it didn’t take it, now i had to add another 4 numbers the total of 19 characters password to let me register

1) Groovy menu works in Multisite mode. But please keep in mind that a regular license is valid only for one site, so you should purchase a license for each site on the network separately. Also, you need to manage Groovy menu settings for each site separately.
2) We recently tested the Groovy menu and Multilingual Press 2 and didn’t face any issues.

Please navigate to Groovy single preset > General > Submenu. There you will find a bunch of settings to customize the submenu. The only thing that is missing in the settings according to the provided screenshot is the round border of the dropdown, but it can be easily achieved by custom CSS.
Here is a CSS snipped for round borders:
.gm-dropdown-menu {border-radius: 10px;}
The CSS can be added to Groovy single preset > General > Custom CSS.

2) We provide the compatibility with the most popular Page Builders listed here (the list is periodically updated). By this, I mean that you can use any available to you Page builder from the list above to paste any kind of layouts inside the menu. Also, the default WordPress widgets, as well as widgets from plugins (Contact Form 7, Mailchimp, Woocommerce, etc.), can be easily displayed in the menu layout.

As I understand you are trying to use the transparent menu but the menu stays above the content. Groovy menu has an option called “Enable Groovy menu to overlap the first block in the page” created especially for such cases. Please set it to “On” and the menu will cover the main content. The option can be found at Groovy menu preset > General Settings https://nimb.ws/EdMZQA
P.S. It works independently from whichever builder you use Elementor, WPBakery, Beaver or any other.

1) a) It works with the following pugins and their widgets (shortcodes): Standard WP Widgets, WPBakey Page Builder (ex Visual Composer), Gutenberg, Elementor Page Builder, SiteOrigin, Beaver Builder, Ultimate addons, Contact Form 7. It may work fine with many other plugins and widgets, need to understand that there may be exceptions, each one plugin need to test.
