Is it possible to have the customer’s phone number populate in the phone number field when they are booking an appointment?

Please go to the Bookly Settings, click on the “Customers” tab and make sure the option “Remember Personal Information in Cookies” is enabled.

Hi – Customer Cabinet is really useful, but I can’t get the Price column to display properly. I have submitted a Help Request on Bookly’s site (#113538) as I thought it was a bug, but maybe I’m just doing something wrong? Instead of price, I get a button in every row saying Payment. If I click one of these, I briefly see a pop-up which immediately vanishes.

in your add-on, we can sort columns with customer appointments, but is possible add a search box and the ability of display appointments in a exact period (select start date and end date) ? thanks

If you mean Appointments section in backend, you can select custom period: http://prntscr.com/pp2h3o But there is no option to filter the appointments by end date. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.

I have open the customer cabinet to my clients and it seems to be working to the point that they can login. Once they get past this point the problem is view of appointments. Some text is black and other text is white I can’t seem to find out why or how to change it. Has this happened before and is there away to fix it? Thanks Carol

Hi, there isnt a log out button for logged in customers or am i just missing this?

On logout.php, please, add this function:

Hello, a few days ago I bought the plugin customer cabinet I tried it and I find a failure to perform rescheduling. When I press the Reschedule button, the dialog window appears and when trying to choose a date it shows the calendar but does not allow us to choose any date.

hello, is there any options to add additional column (status, cancel etc) with active url for client to download for example zip file?

This looks like a feature we haven’t implemented yet.

But you can try to add additional column to a Customer cabinet page with the help of Bookly Custom fields add-on. Please, note that this additional field will also be displayed on the front-end of your booking page in Details step and it hardly will work exactly as you described.

I advise you to generate your personal demo version including all add-ons to play with the functionality. Please, enter your email in this field and click the “configure” button: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo-list/

Can you please clarify on the Regular and Extended license.

I am developing a Website for a coach to book football appointments. The users get trained by the coach and pay him cach at the training camp. I want the users to manage their account and considering the Bookly customer cabinet. I am not sure if Regular is sufficient for me or I should buy extended license

Dear Ladela,

I have two problems with the customer cabinet extension. Recently the “cancel” and “reschedule” buttons stopped functioning, however they worked perfectly before. When I press the buttons, the page freezes, nothing else happens, and need to refresh the whole page.

The other problem is with translations. Using WPML I can get the “category” and “service” names translated in the booking form perfectly, but they fail to get translated in the customer cabinet and also in the backend. I have checked all the strings available in WPML and found the category and service names only once, already translated of course.

Please help solving these problems, I am about to launch the booking service but cannot do it with these problems. Otherwise I am very happy with the Bookly plugin. Congratulations, Great Work!!!

Do you mean that there should be 2 separate forms with different prices for your 2 types of clients?

You can use third-party plugins to allow only registered users see Booking form: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-access-control/ https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-access-manager/

I am attempting to add the Bookly Customer Cabinet add-on and keep getting the error message “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.” I am attempting to load the .zip of this plug in which was dowloaded from Envato. Is the file corrupt or am I doing something wrong?

I got a big problems with this plugin, when the customer go to login and insert all the credentials and everything is ok after that display one page BLOCKED why?

Still i am waiting for some fix or any solution about this please guys i got customers waiting for this solution, I am really little bit disappointed with the customer services.:(

There is no option “Forgot password”. The administrator should change the password or username manually and send new credentials to the user.
