Hello, I have install Bookly Customer Cabinet (Add-on) and place shortcode to the page. For now, the customers can view the appointment listing, but the reschedule flied shown “not allowed”. What happen?

Please check if the shortcode that you added has the “Reschedule” option and also check the “Minimum time requirement prior to canceling” setting (in the settings menu) if there’s isn’t restriction on how late you can cancel an appointment.

Hello, Ladela. Thank you for creating an amazing Bookly plugin. I recently bought Bookly Pro and a few add-ons. Most of the plugin works except for one thing (very important), there’s an issue with the account page. Here is the error I am getting:
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi, setting up the Customer Cabinet add-on, users can click on “Reschedule” button when showing appointments list.
A popup window appears, and two fields are available, “Date” and “Time”
Date format (after clicking a day in calendar) is “month, day, year” but needed is “day month year”,
time field shows dropdown blank content when click on it.
Date is available , but time is not Then, the “save” button is not clickable for complete reschedule.
How to fix?

There is a bug when clicking on re-schedule or cancel appointment. The pops shows for a second and disappear. No caching or adblocker enable. Changed the theme for the default one and works, I wonder wha’ts causing the error. Tried with 2 top well designed themes and still happening

I am setting up a new website with Bookly and the Customer Cabinet add-on. I am having trouble with the add-on not giving options for rescheduling the appointment. The drop-down menu for is always empty. I’m also not getting any error messages in the console, so I wanted to reach out to you for advice.

installed the plugin and inserted the shortcode in a page, when viewing the page logged in as admin or suscriber, the
“You don’t have permissions to view this content.” is displayed.

Is there any way to let de customers view a “not bookings messages” in Appointments panel, but access to the profile panel?

The customer cabinet is designated for customers – so only customers with associated WP user accounts will be able to access the cabinet. Please check the customers menu if the WP user account you are logged in with is associated with any account (User column).
So, technically, until the customer books an appointment, he won’t have WP User credentials.

Hello, is it possible for the client to buy a package of services but to schedule their appointments one to one a few days before the appointment? In other words, to avoid having to make the scheduling of each of the appointments at the time of purchase.
Hi,
there’s no option to sell packages, which means that customers can’t purchase them (at this time, Bookly doesn’t support booking of packages by your customers on the front-end). Though you can assign manually packages to customers in the back-end, and in case customers have WP user accounts, they will be able to book appointments for the assigned package.

Hi, I have a couple of quick question with regards to this plugin addon, will a customer only be able to login after they have made a booking and then sent the login details(account creation) or can they create an account first then make a booking? Also when they reschedule will this send out an email notification for the staff member to approve ?
Hi,
1) Customers will need to book an appointment before a customer is created.
2) Email notifications will be sent, though the rescheduled appointment won’t be needing any approval, it will be considered as an approved appointment.

will the reschedule be with the same staff member ? and only during the staff members availability correct ?
Hello,
The reschedule is basically booking a new appointment, while the current one gets canceled. The hours available for booking are allowed only within staff member’s working schedule.

2) The Customer Cabinet is not subjected to roles (meaning the role assigned to the customer does not matter).
