Hello. I have the two tabs: appointments and profile. With the custom fields plugin I created TAX CODE. In the appointments tab you can obviously see the created column.

How do I give the customer the possibility to add this value also in their profile? (https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/customer-cabinet5.png) Currently there is only name, surname, email, city, change pass, birthday and delete account.

Custom fields won’t be displayed in Customer profile. They can be checked only in the admin panel. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.

Hi there! I have a pre-purchase question – is it possible to give customers a time limit on how long before the appointment they can reschedule? For example, they can only reschedule with a 24h notice – after that, the reservation cannot be changed. Let me know, thank you!

Hi there,

Yesterday I bought the Bookly Customer Cabinet add-on, thanks for creating that.

But now I’m not sure how my consumers can reschedule their appointments. I made the page and I can see the options for “cancel”, “reschedule” and “payment”, but it looks like those buttons won’t work. Nothing happens when I click on them.

Can you maybe help me to make the buttons work so that my costumers can cancel and reschedule their appointments?

Serious bug: Customers, when rescheduling a booking, are not limited by the same means as they are when booking. It appears that when Rescheduling, timeslots are only limited by Bookly appointments the Cabinet allows customers to reschedule during times blocked out on Google Calendar as BUSY.

E.g: In Bookly the teacher is available 9am-9pm. She blocks out 9am-12noon as busy on Google Calendar. Customers cannot book appointments during the morning time using the normal Booking method. But if a customer is RESCHEDULING using the cabinet, THEY CAN RESCHEDULE a time during the period marked as BUSY in the Google Calendar.

If there is a booking in the Calendar, the time is unavailable. But where time is blocked out as Busy in Google Calendar the time is available. This is a critical flaw. Can you please assist/correct.

Hello. I managed to get the delete button to work but it doesn’t work as far as reprogramming is concerned. The wheel in the button rotates indefinitely and in the bookly administration panel duplicates the appointment with the modified time. How to solve? The site is not reachable by external users. Thanks a lot.

Hi,

I have bookly pro addon and I am interested in customer cabinet but I believe I cannot add custom fields and upload option for customers on front-end profile correct?

Is it possible to use a different third party plugin that allows to show custom fields and ability to upload? I would still like customers to reschedule and make other changes to Bookly appointments on front end but if they want to update profile I will use third party plugin?

Does Bookly add customer information and user profile to its own database table or it adds to WordPress users database? if I were to go to WordPress users page I will find same information for a customer as under profile tab on front end?

If you enable this option in Settings – Customers: http://joxi.ru/52aankzSkd3d02 the system will automatically create WP user which is connected to Bookly customer. But basically the databases are different.

is there a resolution to displaying the zoom link on the customer cabinet? or a shortcode to display any zoom meeting links on the front end?

I found in the documentation that in fact this has been added to the front end customer cabinet. Thanks for your good work.

Hello, how do we change the order of the appointment list so that it shows the closest appointment first, then the farthest appointment last (basically changing the order of the list)? I know there’s a sorting arrow but it would be nice to be able to show it that way when it loads.

Questions in my mind 1. on what stage does a new customer leave login credentials when booking? 2. is there a recaptcha or specific way to hide notes from the customers profile?

1. I’m not sure I fully grasped your question. If you mean how can the customer book appointments with the Bookly Customer Cabinet Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005099314-Customer-Cabinet-Add-on, then the existing Bookly customers with the WordPress user accounts need to login into the Details page using their WordPress credentials.

2. Please clarify what you mean by “hiding notes from the customers profile” by sending us an email to support@bookly.info with this ticket number 146373 and your purchase code for Bookly Pro so we could look into this matter.

I am using bookly customer cabinet and on the page where the code is written, once logged in it says “You don’t have permissions to view this content.”

Why don’t you guys have normal support?
