2. Is there any way to add an extra value to the participant’s page results? For example: An open text answer that has to be market between 0 and 10. Could it be possible to set the mark once the answer has been given? And then add an extra value that hadn’t been asked/answered on that test?

1. Sure, you can use the Auto-Response feature to send a message to the participant at the end of the survey.
2. Sorry, don’t really understand your question. If you mean, changing the question after you already got votes, then yes, it is possible. However, it couldn’t be done automatically by any “mark”.
3. Yes, all question can be displayed on the same page. Back button also available, but some modes has limits and allows one step back only (when the survey saving the votes in real time), other modes allows any number of back-steps. (embed survey, saving the votes at the end only)

If you mean, assign scores and categories to the answers, then display category scores, then yes.

No, it is not score based. But just every answer have “category” that need to be displayed as a result. And no duplicate result of the same category.
If you would like to show text based results, then it can be achieved by the Conditions. Like assign score 1 to all answers, then:
If param a score higher than 0 then display text: param a has been selected
In case, you would like to show a chart, then it should show the number of selections as well.

Why do you always tell about score? 
The result will be text information of all selected parameters (one text for eaxh parameter).
Because the results always a text and a number.
as I mentioned, I don’t need a score, but just a set of parameters that can be assigned to answers and at the end show this parameters values. As I understand, than it is not possible with your plugin?

The survey automatically send the Auto-Response message on the Thank you message screen in case it is turned ON, doesn’t matter how the user goes there. That means, it should also send if the last question skipped.

You can add open text answer with autocomplete if that’s suits to your needs. That means, the users will be able to type the name of the restaurant, then the plugin remember it and offer for the next participant.

Is there way to force participants to fill in a custom form with email confirmation before allowing them access to the form? Placing the form after participation does not make a lot of sense. Participants won’t fill in the form.
Actually, they can’t see the results without filling the form, that work in most cases.
Unfortunately, adding the Participants Form before the survey is not a feature at the moment.

My results are on a separate page. I activated custom form fields in the settings. DO I have to place a shortcake on my survey page? The form won’t publish.

I enabled my form in my survey, but it does not appear after filling out the questions.
I just found a bug. When you don’t check one of the 3 pre-formaten fields in the participants form section the form won’t work. I used my own fields, unchecking your pre-defined fields and it didn’t work. now I checked your email field and deleted my own, and it works fine.
It is not possible to turn OFF the default email field. I guess it will be some kind of misunderstanding or misconfiguration issue.

We’ve been using the modal survey for quit some time and we’ve noticed a problem with a new survey we’ve created. On computer the survey works correctly, but on ipad we’re unable to submit the survey as one of the answers always gets unchecked. After selecting one of the options and trying to submit again, the selected option gets unchecked once again and thus we end in a loop being unable to submit. We’ve tested this on an ipad using iOS 12

It is possible to export the open text answers to TXT only at the moment. If you mean RTL, it is not supported yet.
Alternatively, if you export the individual results under the Participants page on your admin, that should also provides the open text answer.
