The plugin is effective for easily building a nicely designed survey. Just be careful to configure it well so that the results are saved only at the end of the survey, the documentation could be more explicit on this subject.

This is an amazing plugin... many other survey/quiz plugins are good at collecting the data, where they fall down is in the collation and reporting... this is where this excels and is better than all other premium plugins I have used. The flexibility and ability to ask and collate meaningfully, with the shortcodes it is great. I have requested some enhancements to further improve this powerful plugin... including answer groups for true likert scale/answer grid and chart options for the pdf. However I fully recommend this plugin

This is the best and most flexible plugin for taking surveys. The backend UI is very outdated and lots of inline styling, but the way you can adjust and use shortcodes is great. Very quick response on questions.

Good product with a lot of features but there is a lot of scope in design improvement.
