I mostly use your fantastic plugin for magazines (double-page spreads) However, I cannot seem to get a good fit for SINGLE, HORIZONTAL or LANDSCAPE, PAGES on a desktop PC. They display small inside a standard grey background container. That´s a lot of wasted space. I could not find settings to resize the page images so that they fill the default container. The original PDF is 20 single A4 pages.
Hi, page will fit container if initial zoom is set to 1. Maximum page size (height) is page natural size (height). So if page height, you can override that with option “zoom size”, you can put for example 3000

Hi there, thanks for your prompt reply. I tried a few setting changes (under the GENERAL tab) but can see no change to display result. How do I find “natural page height”? Is “zoom size” the same as “Maximum Zoom Size”? I read the documentation but found no text description of what all the different size and height settings actually do and when to use them. PS – The “flipbook-bookLayer” is a big grey box with lots of empty space (padding) while the page container “book flipbook-book3” contains a single image. So I need to make the container div fill the whole “flipbook-bookLayer” div without any padding.
Yes the option that you need to set is “Maximum Zoom Size”, if you set that to 3000 the page should resize to large screen. Please send the link so I can check, you can email me at my profile page.

Hi, the plugin was updated yesterday, please get the latest version. It includes a fix for pdf loading time for large pdf files. Please let me know if this solves the issue with loading. Another thing that is slowing down the loading is option “show thumbnails on start”. This feature will also be optimized soon so it loads only visible thumbnails.

Ok so the main problem was that pdf-s were over 500mb and not optimized for web which makes them very slow to load, even if opened directly in browser with default viewer.
Hi, I’m testing your live preview examples and the “youtube video integration example” it doesn´t work in Chrome and Edge, only works in Firefox. Is it a issue of the example page? Can you provide me another example with youtube integration? It’s essential for my project embed youtube videos.

Hi, thinking about using your plugin on a client site. Only got one question before i buy the license. I need the following functionality: I want to show the flipbook when clicked on a custom link (In an overlay just like the examples on your homepage), but i need to open the PDFs on a certain page. Like I got diffrent links on a page and every link opens the Flipbook in an overlay but on diffrent pages. Is this possible and what is used as a click trigger? Regards

Hi, it works but it downloads entire pdf before showing the flipbook. To enable partial pdf download server needs to support range requests. (server response needs to contain “Content-Range” header)

Hello. I have used the plugin on my website for over two years and everything worked fine until now. When I duplicate a flipbook, get a new pdf file and click Save, I get an error message, then another one with status “Forbidden” and the Saving icon spins indefinitely. Hi, yes it supports RTL. You can search pdf flipbook (source for flipbook is pdf). You can also add text to pages as html content but that text is not searchable.
