Hi there, I have multiple Image Galleries displayed, with the type set to “Nivo Slider.” I know Nivo Slider supports multiple transition effects between slides, however I see no way to edit this. The effect seems to be set to random, I want to force the transition to be “fade” on all Nivo sliders. How can I do this?
Hello, Unfortunately, the image gallery element does not have fade transition for nivo slider. However, we have flex slider with fade transition in it.

Hello, Unfortunately, it is not possible to set the frontend as a default editor. It can only be accessed via “Edit with WPBakery Page Builder” option.

1. WPBakery Page Builder plugin itself – It auto added a 20px for row when change to mobile
2. WPBakery Page Builder has a margin bottom for all single image element in smartphone and tablet, so the responsive for desktop and smartphone,tablet is different

Big issue here. Why is the editor suddenly not showing on the back end or front end anymore??! All the VC code is working and the content is showing, and the plugin is activated. But all of a sudden all the editors are gone??
I have deactivated all plugins except VC to test, and even if only VC is active, it still doesn’t show an editor…....what the hell…
All of the checkboxes were turned off all of a sudden. When I did not have any updates happen or anything. Do sudden changes from nowhere happen more often??
Hello, There can be an issue if the database was affected due to some plugin install or update which in-turn affected the saved values of the elements at your end.

Hi, in tandem with using Theme Impreza I keep getting my Role Manager permissions reset. It’s very frustrating. Any idea how to fix this? Specifically, Post type permissions are getting reset while it seems the rest of the permissions are persistent.Thank you
Also, custom.css is adding a very annoying padding-top: 65px; and padding-bottom: 20px; that I can’t figure out how to get rid of. I didn’t add that custom CSS in the related page so no idea why it’s applying those two CSS styles to the whole page body????
This was supposed to be patched “custom.css file will be loaded only if it has content” right? Where is this content stored besides in the page editor itself? Because there is not custom CSS in my page editor in any row or column or the custom CSS button.
I figured out a solution, I removed the CSS manually from the custom.css created by Visual Composer, it has not been re-rendered back yet. It seems Visual Composer or WP Bakery Page Builder doesn’t remove old CSS not declared in any template? I still get the occasional post type permissions wipe when viewing post blocks though.

is it compatible with Guttenburg editor of WordPress 5? I have a few premium theme with which the visual composer comes free and none of them are working with wordpress5. Any idea when will you guys make an update?
Hello, The latest version 5.6 is compatible with recent WordPress release. You can deactivate the Gutenberg editor under WPBakery Page Builder -> General settings, to continue using the backend editor.

Bug report. Can’t report this, because probably all my codes are expired.
There is a bug when using the element Stylish list in WP bakery. Extra list icon is added to the output. This is added regardless if a user sets an custom icon/global icon.
Bug happened since update theme+codevz plugin. Important: already existing pages don’t have this problem. When updating an existing page this will occur. Can’t attach screenshot here.

Simple question, I don’t want to self host images to wordpress. I have image links I want to use for content. In WPBakery in docs it says I can use image links with the image gallery element. I want to be able to put a single image in a row from an external link without needed or requiring to download that image to wordpress media. But for some reason any element which has the ability to add an image to a row only lets me pick from Media Library… these elements won’t allow me to input an image URL for the image selection. I have the most recent version of WPBakery activated and the theme is Impreza here from Themeforest.
Hello, Some of our elements support displaying images from an external url. For eg: In Single image element, under image source, you can use external link option to add the image link.

Sorry but single image makes a selection based off of the theme’s shortcode, Impreza theme, eg us_image image=”48” instead of a SRC or shortcode for external URL. I don’t see any other SIngle Image element?

I am using the FAQ Toggle element and am using the Element ID to link to a specific question in my FAQ via url (www.mywebsite.com/thepagename#elementidname).
Is there a way to pass through a value in the url that will expand (toggle) the answer when I link to the question?
Hello, Unfortunately, then is no variable to open the FAQ as it depends upon the muse click action. However, you can set the FAQ toggle to open by default, in it’s settings.

Hi, I purchased this plugin also have it on many of the themes I’ve purchased. Since an update when I add over 15 images to a gallery it doesn’t stop loading. If I do a few photos it works fine. theme author and server tech told me its a plugin issue.

Why would my user roles keep getting reset to something weird? eg back to pages only for permissions on all roles. I know settings saved because when changing settings back to custom on items all my custom selections persisted (luckily). Is this some kind of bug with the newest version? Only thing different than vanilla is the extra roles added by Yoast SEO of SEO manager and editor.

I’ve recently purchased WPBakery Page Builder and ran into an unforeseen problem. It appears that all the html code produced on the WPBakery editor is displayed in our blog section, in the frontend.

Hello, The issue is because the Gutenberg editor is activated by default in recent WordPress updates. You can disable it under WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings -> Disable Gutenberg Editor.
