I bought this plugin via envatomarket. After downloading and installing the plugin I´ve tried to activate my license. It redirects me to https://support.wpbakery.com/ but I don´t have any credentials to login. How to activate my license?
Hello, Since the license is purchased via Codecanyon, in this case you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

Hello, i am useing WP 5.0.2 and Page Builder 5.6 If i use the Element Image Carousel and Parallax Background on a other row, the Parallax effect doesn’t work.
When i use the inspekt funktion of the Browser, the Parallax starts working. When i deleate the carousel, the parallax works fine.

Hello, Unfortunately, the grids does not support such a filter by default. A work-around can be to add an extra tag to the posts having the require category and then filter it using it.

I have the same issue with WP Bakery not working with wordpress 5.0.2 it completely disabled the backend access. I understand we should disable the guttenberg but we cant access the backend so there’s no way to do that other than go into the code. I think you need to update your plugin as it clearly shows it is not compatible with 5.0.2 and save people the headache. This is causing so many issues across the websites built with WPBakery – i have 3 sites that were affected only those that did not upgrade were okay.

I’m trying to create a sidebar / side menu with my site. Example left sidebar is 20% wide, and main content is 80% wide. Now VC content gets generated on the right side 80% – works fine. BUT if I tell VC to go full width, then the row stretches into the sidebar, it doesn’t stay contained within the 80%. How can I can get full width VC content to stay contained within the 80%?

Hello, Please make sure that you have disabled the Gutenberg editor under WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings -> Disable Gutenberg Editor, to continue using the Backend editor at your end.

I’m requesting to you fix the issue that we and our customers have encountered recently. The problem is that the Hover box is not working properly in IOS. When I touch the image, it does not change the background as it supposed to do. Please, fix it as soon as possible, since we provide an extended license for our customers and most of them waiting for fixing this issue.

Hi, is it possible to customize the post loop grid based on a users preferences? If a user is logged in, I want them to be able to select specific categories to see in the post loop. Is this possible with this pugin?
Hello, Unfortunately, grids does not have such filtering available. However, this can be achieved by using two grids and then hiding one and displaying other by targeting the user state CSS class via CSS code.

hi please add php 7.3 support!
i am getting this error when creating a new page or post in every theme if switching to the latest version:

with php 7.2 enabled everything works fine.
