hello so iv had your software 30mins
and im having problems my staff member in WordPress i added to staff members in bookly and did it as public as your tut video .now when I go to services /add services i cannot select a staff member as there is non in the drop down box to select? it just comes up no staff selected also on your website you have demos / bookly free / bookly pro .i did pay for this software but the layout looks like the free bookly, not the pro e.g i don’t have Limit working hours per day as the pro bookly pro default nor do i have Category

Hello Bookly,
in your changelog https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/change-log/ there are Bookly 16.2 and Bookly Pro 1.1 and in our WordPress backend there is Bookly 16.3 available, but no update for Bookly Pro 1.0:
http://prntscr.com/lmeex116.3 would not work with Bookly Pro 1.0.
Besides, NO booking are possible at our website with current version.

I contacted them since now 3 days, and no answers… You are lucky! And now we losed staff members, services, etc… with a downgrad to the version they put on envato (16.1). So now we have to install everything from scratch, and same with that, it is not working..

For everyone having server error 500 -problem. I contacted Ladela support with email, and they fixed the problem straight from backend/server by updating the plugin and Pro add-on. I recommend everyone to send the email with credentials to FTP-server and back-end to get it working faster. After the update everything is working and nothing was lost, so at least for us, things turned to be as good as they can be in this kind of solution. Sadly, the site was down for two days, but luckily nothing important was erased. I hope you all with this problem get your site up, but as said, things go forward a lot faster, when you contact support with all necessary information.

Tried everything : deleted all bookly plugins, re-installed them – result : impossible to add services (in a “loop”..), appointment list in loading loop also. All of that with your “official” package to download now (where you put the 16.1 of Bookly). Tried after that to update to 16.3 (as in wordpress it says : “new version available”) – result : impossible to add staff members ! Everything is not OK, same with a FRESH install from your repesitory. All is broken, and since now near 72h, without any support from you, any explanations.. I’m totaly dissapointed by your support and by just the fact that you don’t try to help us. We have a business. Wake up Bookly / Ladela, wake up please ! (and please don’t answer again by “please open a ticket”, 2 are already opened since more than 48h, and “please renew support”, as we raissed ticket on our support period.
Ok, now I installed “officials” version of the plugin Bookly give us now to download (seems like you changed again and put 16.1 for normal bookly plugin and 1.0 for Bookly Pro, as it was before 16.2 and again after 16.3, and again after 1.1 for Bookly Pro… lot of oerations that don’t fix problems). And now, we loose : services / emails notifications / staffs… All empty! ...”Nice work” Bookly! :/ A disaster ! And you don’t answer, but just with the same “loop” message on mails and here : “please create a ticket”, when we had created 2 tickets in more than 24 hours. “Brilliant” support (made by robots?)! This is not the way to support your “clients”. I’m really not happy by now. You made me loose all my settings, my time (wasted to try to reach you to have support that I had when i raised the first ticket, and now, to build again all from scratch!), and also, many clients.. Nice plugin at first, but bad support (no reply, no support, no explanation while everybody tell you that we all are in big troubles since your last update) and bad updates (without testing, it’s impossible that you say that you tested it when many of your clients complain about the same issue since 2 days already).

There is Woocommerce Bug in your code. Please rectify as its seems it not supporting the new release of woocommerce. When we had disabled the woocommerce code and was working fine. Please fix this issue as we are using third party payment gateway.
