Hello! All right?
I bought the plugin, I’m really enjoying it.
but the last step of my checkout is totally misaligned … all out of place and words on top of each other.
How to solve?

Hi there, I am interested in your plugin. I have a few questions: 1. Is it compatible with digits plugin (mobile number registration), Currently I have a free multistep plugin installed but there is only login in the first page and not sign up. Is it possible that using your plugin alongside Digits to show both login and sign up forms (form digits plugin) in the first step? (I mean I don’t want the sign up to be combined with the billing section for new customers) 2. Does it support RTL design? Thanks
Hi @Shtumak,
Thank you for your interest in ARG Multistep Checkout.
Regarding your questions:
1. Is it compatible with digits plugin (mobile number registration), Currently I have a free multistep plugin installed but there is only login in the first page and not sign up. Is it possible that using your plugin alongside Digits to show both login and sign up forms (form digits plugin) in the first step? (I mean I don’t want the sign up to be combined with the billing section for new customers)
Sure, there is a built-in Login/Register Step (two layouts) which displays the original woocommerce login/register forms, please read more about this in our online documentation: Show Register on the Login Step.
2. Does it support RTL design?
Yes, if you want to use your theme checkout form styles (login, coupon, billing, shipping, order table, payment methods… probably they are already RTL now), and you want to use the tab square layout or tab progress bar layout, then please send us an email at support@argthemes.com and we will provide you the entire custom code to make the ARG Multistep Checkout RTL.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask or send us an email at support@argthemes.com and we will do our best to help you. Thank you!

Hi
I have bought your plugin: 878c5f89-c6dd-4b8c-b8fd-64f5d63286b4
Please have a look here: https://stagingjustbottle.sergemeier.com/zur_kasse/Step 3 – Versand The two lines with the radio buttons for the shippment (Versand) are not well alligned. In the mobile you can even not see the whole text.
How can I the lines right aligned?
Thanks Serge
Hi Serge,
Thank you for choosing ARG Multistep Checkout.
Sure, please add this css code where you can add custom styles code in your theme (don’t forget to hit ctrl+F5 to see the changes in the browser):
.argmc-wrapper #shipping_method {
white-space: normal !important;
}
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions or further assistance is needed please send us an email at support@argthemes.com and we will do our best to help you. Thank you!

Hello, I would like the blue “no account” button in the link image to appear above the other options. Both desktop and mobile. I believe this will further enhance the experience in ckeckout.
Is this possible?
Thank you!
https://photos.app.goo.gl/E2tY13U2Y4UCoh5H8Hi @gioluz,
Thank you for choosing ARG Multistep Checkout.
Sure, we’ve already implemented the best solution for this situation. On top of the login step, just above the login/register section you can add through the multistep plugin options (“Login & Register Top Message” option) a message and a skip link or button too, please read more about here: Skip step link above the login /register sections.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions or further assistance is needed please send us an email at support@argthemes.com and we will do our best to help you. Thank you!

Hello, I am thinking of buying your plugin. I was just wondering if it would be compatible with a WordPress multisite installation?
Hi @danine1,
Thank you for your interest in ARG Multistep Checkout.
Sure, the multistep page checkout will be and work like on your default, we only transform the forms (login, coupon, billing, shipping, order table, payment methods…) into a multistep for a better user experience during purchase.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask or send us an email at support@argthemes.com and we will do our best to help you. Thank you!

Great, thank you for the prompt response. I think I was a little unclear. I meant will the plugin work with a WordPress multisite installation. Here is an explanation of what I mean: https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/multisite/ Just want to be sure. Thank you.
You’re welcome.
Yes, ARG Multistep Checkout works on a WordPress Multisite Network. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask. Thank you!

Hi
I have installed the plugin and it works well. However I have picked up a glitch when using a facebook pixel (which is vital for us as we are an ecommerce store). The pixel translates someone clicking on the ‘place order’ button on the checkout page as a purchase. But for some reason the plugin results in 2 x purchases showing up in the pixel analytics when the ‘place order’ button is clicked.
I have verified the above by deactivating the plugin and placing an order. It only (correctly) results in 1 x purchase in the analytics when the plugin is not active.
https://www.kingscomfort.co.za/Hi @apptownsa,
Thank you for your feedback, the multistep looks really well on your website!
This might be a configuration issue of the facebook pixel plugin (please have a look at this online topic: Duplicate Purchase Events) because the “Place Order” button works like on the default checkout page. More then that, the overlay which pops up and prevents double clicks when a customer hits the “Place Order” button is and works the same like on the default checkout page.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions or further assistance is needed please send us an email at support@argthemes.com and we will do our best to help you. Thank you!

Hi
I have tested and it does not appear to be a configuration issue. I have emailed you under separate cover.
Thanks

Hi
I am using your Plugin settings for the ‘Inherit Checkout Forms Styles From Your Theme or Plugin’ but I have a query.
1. How do increase the general font size of the form titles, form headings, form fields and button text?
Hi @apptownsa,
Thank you for choosing ARG Multistep Checkout.
Please send us your site url and this request at support@argthemes.com and we will help you. Thank you!

Hi,
We just bought and install the plugin, but the validation doesn’t work. The State / County it’s invalid even if a County has been selected.
Thanks.
Hi @byarete,
Thank you for choosing ARG Multistep Checkout.
Sure, this is the normal behavior, to check if all required fields (doesn’t matter if those fields are new/custom or not) are correctly filled before proceeding to the next step. More than that, to validate each field on every step, ARG multistep uses the same rules as original WooCommerce plugin.
Please send us your site url at support@argthemes.com and we will do our best to help you. Thank you!

Pre sale question: Do you use woocommerce templates? I might need to do some layout changes. Thanks
Hi @ncacorp,
Thank you for your interest in ARG Multistep Checkout.
Yes, the checkout forms (login, coupon, billing, shipping, order table, payment methods…) will be and work like on your default checkout page, we only transform them into a multistep for a better user experience during purchase.

Hi,
We installed this but the “place order” button doesn’t work. Not sure how we get this fixed? We can’t use it if we can’t place an order :/

Is there a way to reorder the checkout process? Such as putting the Shipping options up first, then letting them put in the shipping address, then asking them if they want to use a different billing address and then it asks coupon codes and then it does the summary and payment method.
Hi @GrowWithHype,
Thank you for choosing ARG Multistep Checkout.
Yes, this change could be easily achieved with some custom code edits. Please send us an email at support@argthemes.com with this request and we will help you. Thank you!

Since woocommerce 3.5 update, this plugin no longer supports priority of woocommerce postcode validation plugin: https://woocommerce.com/products/postcodeaddress-validation/
The address and postcode fields are now shown before the validation fields instead of after. This issue does not happen on my account page, only on checkout page.
Hi @fawadinho,
Thank you for choosing ARG Multistep Checkout.
Please deactivate the multistep plugin and see how things are working on the default checkout page because the checkout forms and fields (login, register, coupon, billing, shipping, order table, payment methods…) are and work like on your default checkout page, we only transform them into a multistep for a better user experience during purchase.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions or further assistance is needed please send us an email at support@argthemes.com and we will do our best to help you. Thank you!

How do I edit or remove the paragraph that is present in the login & register section?
Hi @sntwebdev,
Thank you for choosing ARG Multistep Checkout.
This paragraph is part of the WooCommerce files and if you want to edit/remove strings that are added by WooCommerce, you will need to use the WooCommerce translation files: Translating WooCommerce.
The checkout forms and fields (login, coupon, billing, shipping, order table, payment methods…) are and work like on your default checkout page, we only transform them into a multistep for a better user experience during purchase.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions or further assistance is needed please send us an email at support@argthemes.com and we will do our best to help you.

Do the names of the sections appear in the mobile? (login-coupon-order….)
Hi @Bigbang1986,
Thank you for your interest in ARG Multistep Checkout.
Sure, the steps names are already listed on top of every step, they only need to be shown via css on the desired devices (and only on some steps because Login&Register or Billing have already a heading). Regarding this, in the next days we will create a new chapter (under the How To section) in our online documentation.
Hope this helps. In the meantime , please have a look at our online documentation to make an idea on how many cool editing options you have and feel free to ask us if you have more questions.

Hi,
1) Is it possible to split the Billing fields and Shipping fields into 2 separate steps?
2) Can I re-order the steps? For e.g, I want the Shipping Fields to show first then next step is Billing fields.
3) If the customer logged in during the first step, will he still need to fill in his Billing details again or will it be autofilled for him based on previous records?
Thanks.
Hi @xeonboy,
Thank you for your interest in ARG Multistep Checkout.
Regarding your questions:
1) Is it possible to split the Billing fields and Shipping fields into 2 separate steps?
Sure, by default the checkout parts (login, coupon, billing, shipping, order table, payment) are listed on separate steps. The built-in options offers the possibility to show/hide/combine/rename these steps.
2) Can I re-order the steps? For e.g, I want the Shipping Fields to show first then next step is Billing fields.
Yes, please send us an email at support@argthemes.com with this request and we will provide you the entire code for this feature.
3) If the customer logged in during the first step, will he still need to fill in his Billing details again or will it be autofilled for him based on previous records?

I have verification through Woocommerce plugin with Smartstreets. It doesn’t seem to be working when I activate the plugin. Any chance there is a fix for this?
Hi @GrowWithHype,
