It acts like a native woocommerce app because we used the best practices when implemented it. For this reason, the plugin not need many updates, it is almost on autopilot as you can see on our Change Log at the bottom of the Codecanyon Plugin Page.

I’m experiencing an issue with ARG Multistep Checkout v4.0.3 and Paysera v3.6.1 on WooCommerce 9.8.4.
Issue: Paysera pickup terminals are appearing in the Payment Selection step (step 3) when they should logically be in the Order step (step 2) with other shipping methods.
My checkout is configured with these steps: 1. Billing and Shipping (addresses) 2. Order (shipping methods) – This is where terminals should appear 3. Payment Selection – Terminals incorrectly appear here 4. Order Review and Confirm
The pickup terminals are functionally shipping/delivery options, not payment methods. Is there a setting to control where these Paysera terminals appear? If not, which hooks or filters would you recommend to move them to the correct step?
I’ve attempted several custom code solutions but haven’t been successful in moving these elements reliably. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

An information, to translate the frontend into Italian? Where should I enter the translation to be read?

The plugin is fully translatable and you can translate it using the built-in options, Loco Translate, POEdit, Polylang or WPML. For multilingual websites, first please translate it to your default website language using the built-in options, and after that, using WPML or Polylang, you can translate it to any language.
If you want to translate/remove strings that are added by WooCommerce, you will need to use the WooCommerce translation files: Translating WooCommerce.

My plugin stopped working in chrome desktop. It gets stuck in the ship to tab and will not allow guests to check out. This is a recent development. Mobile is fine.

can you customize your multistep checkout plugin to work exactly like zeel.com where users enter their zip code or address on the homepage, then they are redirected to the first step of the checkout?

Hi hope you are well. Just wanted some presales assistance. We require the ability to insert custom fields into the checkout process. So for instance I need a field saying “Person Responsible for Payment> and from this will require further information” and additionally at a later stage we might require a step to upload documents. Could you give us any advice if this plugin could achieve this and if it would require any additional plugins could you let us know which would work best

Hi, I set the maximum width as none, but the style still has the parameter max min 500 px. For now I’ve added the parameter to the theme styles, but why doesn’t the option work in the settings?

I bought your plugin ARG Multistep Checkout for Woocommerce today, but I can’t get it to work. After installing and activating I see it correctly in the backend in woocommerce, but the checkout on the frontend never changes. I’ve read through your documentation but it says nothing about this problem.
On top of it, when I try to de-activate it, it says ‘Plugin deactivated.’ but then it is still active, so I can’t delete it.
Please come up with a fix, or tell me how to delete it and give me my money back.

I sent this message per email already but no reaction so far. I just installed the plugin but somehow I am still seeingthe same checkout. I deactivated some plugins that might interfere but no luck there either.
I deactivated the theme also but without success.

Hi, I have a pre-sale question. In the latest versions of woocoommerce, in the backend of the site inside the order management you see the origin of each order. Does this functionality remain with your plugin? Because I have tried a few “on step checkout” plugins and they all create problems with this functionality.

How can I remove or edit the following text from the registration and login page? “If you have shopped with us before, please enter your details below. If you are a new customer, please proceed to the Billing section”
Also I want to remove Skip Login button to make force sign in or registration, can I do that?

Hi, I’ve just purchased the plugin, installed and activated. However nothing has changed, it’s still showing the standard checkout.
I then put it on a staging site with no plugins except woocommerce and default theme – it still does nothing. Is it not compatible with the latest versions of Wordpress/Woccomece or PHP?

Hi again, I have got it working!
For anyone else with this problem, simply switch to another theme and back again and the new checkout appears!
Bizarre how I needed to do this on a fresh Wordpress/Woocommerce install, but it’s an easy and quick solution.
