Yes, you can license products similar to codecanyon, after a customer purchase you WooCommerce product they get a unique license key that can be verified using the plugins API.
For recurrent licenses the customer will be required to purchase a new key, the current version doesn’t have key renewal feature.
Can we upload files as pdf instead of jpg?
Also when email, can it be sent as attachments?
If not, you know a plugin that can do this.

No action is required or can be done, once you add or import license keys sending keys for the product will be enabled automatically. (of course you still can enabled or disable sending keys manually in the product page)
Hi, I wanna buy a plugin that the clients can buy a virtual product that’s a random Number, Serial, Key, etc and is sended to his email. After that the admin can validate that number and put used. The validation is only a box that says put the Random number, if its ok he can put Validate and no ones can use it again. Can i do that with this plugin? Thanks!

The plugin can generate a random serial key after purchase and send it to the customer and the API can be used to program a verification box.

What does Revoke mean in the order status? I set the status of the refund, the status of the license key has also been returned, but there is no license key in the product. I have to manually re-add, I want to know what this returned state is doing specifically? Can I return directly to the merchandise to continue selling?

It meas that the key will be removed form the order so the customer cant see it in his order details page and the status of the key will change to returned so the admin can decide to put it back for sale or no.
If you don’t want the license keys to be removed automatically from the order on refund you can disable this then you can manually remove or replace the license keys.

I am selling a downloadable product. I would like a team manager to buy access to 10 downloads for their staff. Then he can send each staff person a license key and link to download the file. Yes, the downloadable PDF would be attached using WooCommerce like any downloadable product and the license keys are sent to the customer using license manager.

The “Add License Key” page can be used to add one license key at a time, but you can bulk import license keys from a txt or csv file.

Yes, use <br> instead of a new line and it will show as in separate lines when imported.
Example keys.txt:
key1_line1<br>key1_line2
key2_line1<br>key2_line2
key3_line1<br>key3_line2
And it will show like this:
key1_line1

key3_line1
key3_line2

I’ve just recognized that whenever I add new license keys, those licenses don’t get an ID assigned.
They simply all have the ID 0.
I already tried reinstalling the plugin, which doesn’t help though.
Have you got any idea why this is happening?

Hi,
In “License manager -> Settings -> Extra Settings” enable deleting database tables then deactivate and reactivate the plugin do a fresh install.
This will delete license manager tables, backup your license keys before doing this.

Hello. I’ve bought your plugin and set it up correctly. However I have two problems. First problem is that my webshop is multi language and I can’t figure out how to manage my license stock for three the same products. Second problem which I experience is that when I add license key or edit license key it automatically gets assigned to AUTO-DRAFT product?
Second problem I’ve solved by myself. Apparently some old records in SQL Database. However the first problem is the biggest.. please help!

You will have to add the keys multiple times with a different prefix for every product since there is a separate product for every language. That’s only way. The license key field support HTML so contact me here contact@firassaidi.com and I will send you a HTML code that you can use as a prefix. It will be invisible and only can be seen in the edit license key page.

I don’t quite understand what I should do. My website is in English, German and Dutch. For example: I have three products (in English, German and Dutch) should I do the following?
Add license key to English product with the following code: English test-license
Add license key to German product with the following code: German test-license
Add license to Dutch product with the following code: Dutch test-license
But, when I do so and I checkout the English license will be assigned, but when I check out under Dutch or German webshop then no license will be assigned?

The English, German and Dutch products are 3 separate products because the translation plugin creates a new copy if the product for every language, you have to add license keys for the 3 products and activate sending license keys for the 3 of them(split the license keys between the 3 languages).

sorry please ignore the prefix solution since adding the keys multiple times will create an issue, different customers will get the same key.
