1. Do you offer A/B (Split) Testing? 2. Thank you for your interest in our app, from your queries it seems for your use case you’ll have to be using the API extensively.
1. We don’t have A/B testing yet. We have plans for it in a distant future, but no rush for it.
2. MailWizz has an API which can be used to send subscribers to it from anywhere. It’s just a matter of implementation.
3. We generally don’t keep a tab on any app that did integrations with MailWizz. As mentioned earlier, MailWizz has a very powerful api which allows lots of actions from any other platform.
4. Sure that’s possible.
5. These days we’re looking at fixing bugs and making sure the app is stable and that sending is fast. That’s our main purpose for now. We do add new features, but we’re very selective.

You can ask for a license reset via support tickets, it’s free, we’re not absurd

What kind of server configuration does your script need? What extension or plugins does it need on centos server? What should have done to prevent emails sent by this script not to get in the spam folder?

Server size depends entirely on your list sizes and sending habits. We always advise to start with a small vs, like 2 – 4 GB of RAM, 2- 4 CPU cores and SSD storage and increase as needed.
The OS has to have PHP / MYSQL and Nginx or Apache. We advise using PHP >= 7.0.
As for the spam, if you don’t want to fight with these issues, use one of the available integrations mailwizz has with amazon, mailgun, sendgrid, etc.

We personally use MailGun a lot, but really, Mailgun, Sendgrid, SparkPost, Amazon SES, Pepipost, they all are good providers.

I did, and your support system give me an error: This license is already in use! so, I couldn’t be able to even signup with a new account.
Of course you cannot signup since you already have an account registered under your email address ( sa*08@gmail.com ). So just ask for a password recovery and login

Hi twisted1919, my member created 1 campaign and there is a problem with GIVEUP error. Error Message: Daily limit exceeded. Please validate your domain to have this limit removed. ” . He paused the campaign to switch to another sending server and continued but it did not work. He continues to duplicate that campaign to reset the campaign. Use the one in SendGrid. The one in mailwizz is exclusively for smtp servers that don’t have their own dkim signature and then mailwizz could help by using sending domains and signing the emails with dkim.

Hello, one prepurchase question. I’m doing marketing for a company. They have a limitation of sending 50 emails at a time. It’s impossible for me to ask cpanel acess from them. Can I install Mailwizz in my personal vps and use the email id of the company(which is hosted somewhere else) for marketing campaigns? Will it go to spam folder??
Hello,
Yes you can use the company email, you just add that email in the app as a smtp server and emails will go out from it. So you will need to enter your company smtp server hostname / email and password for that email id.
As far as going to spam/inbox, it depends on your smtp server reputation entirely.

Thank you for the quick response. I only want to send campaigns to 500 recipients. Can I do that with a shared hosting?
You can set limits to stay in your hosting bounds, so as far as i can tell, there should be no issue, 500 is a small number which can go out in a few hours in shared hosting, you can put a limit of 100 emails per hour in the delivery server settings for example.
However, keep in mind we advise you to avoid shared hosting because they really have lots of issues generally and they tend to disable lots of php functions.

If you have your own smtp server to deliver the emails, then you don’t need a 3rd-party provider like mailgun/mailjet/etc, otherwise, you need that.

What is the purpose of this app? Well…. okay… in simple terms for everyone to understand, this app takes your email, goes to your smtp server and gives it the email. Your smtp server then sends the email to the right location. That’s it in simple terms. On top of that, this app also has like a million other features to help you grow your email lists, manage email lists, subscribers, campaigns, server stats and so on. It’s basically all you need to do email marketing effectively.
Getting your own smtp server—If you have cpanel / plesk then those will add a smtp server for you so you just get to use it. You can also follow online tutorials to install your own smtp server on a vps. If all these seems too much, you can then use a 3rd-party because it makes things simpler for you.

If you buy a VPS hosting package (make sure you get one with cpanel included, i.e: https://store.onetwist.com/index.php?term=InMotionHosting%20-%20VPS%20Hosting&product%5B%5D=hosting ), sure, you will be able to install the app very easy, check out the install video from above link
That hosting panel will have all you need, you just have to add your domain name (i think they give you one for free when you signup) and then install mailwizz.

I am interested in MailWizz, but Public demo does not allow any changes, not even creating list, template or campaign. You can only see screens, that’ all.
Second, on a country list I did not find Serbia as a country, only Yugoslavia. Since you are in the neighborhood, I guess that you are aware that Yugoslavia does not exist any more? Also, it would be nice to add Serbia to country lists in your application.

That’s correct, we only allow read-only access to demo. We used to allow more but people would abuse this, so we just gave up.
Related to countries, you are totally right, we have this list of countries for some time now that i don’t even remember it’s original source. The good thing is that both countries and zones can be created/updated from the admin area, so it’s just a few minutes change you can do after installing.
