I am interested in MailWizz, but Public demo does not allow any changes, not even creating list, template or campaign. You can only see screens, that’ all.
Second, on a country list I did not find Serbia as a country, only Yugoslavia. Since you are in the neighborhood, I guess that you are aware that Yugoslavia does not exist any more? Also, it would be nice to add Serbia to country lists in your application.

That’s correct, we only allow read-only access to demo. We used to allow more but people would abuse this, so we just gave up.
Related to countries, you are totally right, we have this list of countries for some time now that i don’t even remember it’s original source. The good thing is that both countries and zones can be created/updated from the admin area, so it’s just a few minutes change you can do after installing.

2. Yes you can use your own smtp server, just beware that usually using your own smtp server might mean limitations from your hosting company, so if you have issues with that, you can use a 3rd-party.

But I have also a question. I have imported all my customers via a .csv file. I assume that this file is still somewhere on the server. Where is the upload directory where I can find this .csv file.
I ask this because I do not want this user information somewhere in plain text on the server.

Mailwizz stores the file in apps/common/runtime/list-import folder while importing and when the import finishes, the file is removed. If for some reason the file cannot be removed, we try one more time at night when the daily cron job runs.

Thanks for your answer. I have checked this folder and the .csv files are still there. Test and Customers files.
I will check tomorrow again to see if they are removed when the night cron job runs. If not than I will remove them

Mailwizz is not a smtp server. Mailwizz requires a smtp server to send your emails. That smtp server can be yours, or a 3rd-party. If you are using CPanel or Plesk, you already have a smtp server so it’s just a matter of connecting it with mailwizz. Related to SPF/DKIM, these are DNS records, which you add to your DNS management area, which can be either your cpanel/plesk panel or the registrar from where you have bought the domain. Being just a couple DNS TXT record to be added, the process is relatively easy.

Make sure API is enabled from backend (settings > common) and for customers (settings > customers > api) or, if the customer is in a group, from the group settings.
