Hello, It looks like there is a conflict with onclick functionality at your end due to which instead of displaying the content section, the page is scrolled.

Hello, This can be achieved with some PHP and JS customisation. First step will be to override the element output as per: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/developers-how-tos/change-shortcodes-html-output/ to include the trigger for any modern lightbox that is being used. Then the lightbox script should be loaded via theme and a custom js should be used to initialise it.

I purchased your theme when it was solely on code canyon. Now things are not working on my site and I cannot get the most up to date version because my support has expired. I went to your actual site and created an account but there is no option to migrate my licenses to your site without buying support. This needs to be fixed. How do you create a button that would automatically download when clicked rather than open in the browser?
Hello, It depends upon how the browser handles the particular file type. For eg: In-case of pdf file, most browsers open it instead of downloading. In this case, you can compress the file to .zip and then provide it’s link via button link field, so that it is downloaded instead.

Hi! First of all, thanks for such a great plugin.
I just wanted to point at the Post Grid (vc-basic-grid) which has a TODO note about getters and setters for so many time: includes/classes/shortcodes/vc-basic-grid.php:440
In this case I just wanted to change the tax_query relation from OR to AND.
It’d be great to choose it on the component config, if taxonomies as related as OR or AND, but at least having a filter for settings would be more than enough.

Hello, I am using Grid builder to display posts here https://frre.net/blog-test-mason/. But it loads slow. First page displays blank, then posts appear after 2-3 seconds, which looks weird. I have also tried default modules to display posts in Visual builder. But it behaves same. Can you suggest please?
Hello, The grids requires a bit longer than normal elements to load and hence it is loaded at the page of page loading timeline so that rest of the page content is not affected. It also has a pre-loader added, so that the website visitor is aware that the content has not been fully loaded. We plan to revamp the grids in future to add an alternate grid loading method, so that it’s rendering can be optimised.

Ok. I’m sorry. But i didn’t modified nor the theme nor the plugin css. These ara the same plugins with the same themes. And only one hoverbox is working.
