Surfow uses requireJS to optimize loading speed so basically it uses cached files, and it just work fine, but when you’re using CTRL + F5 specifically , what you do is clearing cache and refreshing the page , and when requireJS tried to restore files from cache, it found nothing
but as a normal user adding website this well never shows up anyway i’ll try to fix this to make it work even when using CTRL + F5 specifically, but the caching feature will be lossless in this case

the exchanger software is not customizable but it is also not branded, everyone who use your website will think it your own software, your domain will shows up on the exchanger as is it your own

first you need to set manual confirmation in settings, and then of course you can confirm referrals on user profile on left menu
how to understand which one of the users have referrals. yes i can go to there profiles and to confirm but first i need to find out that they have new referral. previous version was very good in that point and was very easy.
to find out that they have new referral just go to an user profile and click on Referrals section

Is this normal to have so many ” /default-redirect ” pages when use the software ? I saw in Google analyses that one active session made more then 10 /default-redirect pages.
that’s totally normal
it depends on user browsing history (user history used to prevent repetition) and the amount of websites that are eligible to receive hits (websites of users who own points to receive hits)

@kumaratts asked you about Bounce Rate & your answer about 1 User with 1 Ip using per session is called as unique user views in a day.
Bounce rate means a person visit your website and without leaving website the user will open any other page of same website by clicking on it. sometime multiple pages. If user does it then the bounce rate will be low
But if client visit your website for a small period and without visiting other pages they exit from website is rated as high bounce rate
In short can you provide an option for users to decide how many clicks they want to be automatically done on the surfed user site.
The best example for this can be otohits.net as they have many options which can be adopted to make your system more perfect.

but i was working on an enhancement even before i send the update but i didn’t get the time to finish it, it was a huge pushing from buyers who want the update asap, so i didn’t want to delayed the update
this enhancement is simply a bot included with the exchanger, basically its a human reaction simulator, it automatically scroll and click on links interacting with website pages. you may see this feature in future updates for sure.

oh yes i forgot that you need to delete the cache files
so just go to cache/ and delete all files inside

currently you can’t add pages,
but you can create a subdomain (eg: help.yoursite.com) and install wordpress or any…. on it
and then you can embed the links to these pages in homepage builder and also in dashboard footer

bounce rate control is very important , many exchanger has this future like hitleap , check google about bounce rate , same ip visit go more than 1 page is reduce bounce rate
ok let me explain how its work,
in SURFOW V6 if you restrict 1 ip per session the user cannot start more than 1 session per ip, and even if you didn’t restrict the 1 ip per session, user cannot visit same website twice at least for an hour
so at most one user will visit same website 24 times per day (24h), and if you got an active database with huge number of websites, the user won’t see the same website in a day

surfow uses requirejs to load javascript files to increase loading speed,
i tried it on your website about 50 times and it works every time, this may happen if you’re on a low speed internet connection
but when i use admin Add website is normal ~~ @@

also is there way that country list Hide when there is no exchange user from that country , only running country list available ? like if the aus 100 user online so that country availble to choose , if its law than 100 it won’t appear , so user will not choose that country also he will not get same ip visit
after a while you’ll be able to see the top countries in your admin panel in [dashboard]
then you can allow these countries in Geo-Targeting settings and disable all other countries
