Hi, Can you implement this ?
http://bjk5.com/post/44698559168/breaking-down-amazons-mega-dropdown https://rawgit.com/kamens/jQuery-menu-aim/master/example/example.htmlThanks.
Hi siparker,
That’s not something the menu currently supports, and I don’t think there’s a straightforward way to implement that script with the plugin’s current functionality. Might be something to examine further down the line

Was just a nice to have thought. it is a very cool feature and would make ubermenu even better than it already is. This is the best menu management plugin out there at the moment.
Thanks for the feedback and your kind words! We’re always looking to improve the plugin – this in particular is something that would require a major overhaul, so it’ll be something we’ll need to evaluate (efficiency and complexity vs utility) next time there’s a major rewrite that way
Have a good one!
Hi, our support expired and I have to wait to renew it till next quarter. Could you help us on how to use local Google fonts? Ubermenu loads google fonts js+fonts from Google’s server which does not comply to the GDPR policy we have to follow during our project.
Can you give us a hint how to load local js/fonts or de-register the font loading?
Hi ximedia,
I’m pretty sure Google has made Google Fonts GDPR-compliant, but if you want you can just load them locally and then just set UberMenu’s “Font Family” setting to use it on the menu. Just unset the Google Font setting in UberMenu to prevent it from loading the font remotely.

Hi, I have an important menu with some 19 differents categories, I would like to know if is possible with your plugin ? could you precise me if I have to delete of my work menu already there on my site ? Thanks,
Hi sboulou,
Sorry, I’m not really sure what you’re asking is possible? You can have as many categories in the menu as you want, though naturally there are practical space limitations, especially within the top level.
You don’t have to delete the existing menu in Appearance > Menus, UberMenu will take the current menu item structure and turn that into a mega menu interface.

Presale Question: Do you have any knowledge if the menu is compatible with The7 Theme?
Hi Boldmarkcreative,
We’ve certainly seen many customers use UberMenu and the The7 theme together successfully. However, I’m not sure if the current version of the The7 may require Manual Integration.

Awesome! Thank you for your reply! Much Appreciated!

Is it possible in this plugin to have a link in my post, and when clicked, have it scroll to the top of the page (where the menu is visible) and then open a specific submenu? I can figure out the scroll to the top if I need, but I need to know if it’s at least possible to open a submenu from a link that is not actually in the menu itself.
Hi donnakefir,
You can use a hash link to the top of the page, and use the Javascript API to programmatically open the submenu when the link is clicked.
Hope that helps – if you have any further questions, please be sure to Submit a Ticket – all support is provided via the support forum, not item comments – thanks!
thanks! just what I needed.
Hello, in a local test site I have a problem with submenu item scrolling on Android: the menu scrolls down a little bit and then it stops and the links below are unreachable. Can you give me a hint? Thank you.
Hi Cum_Vincere,
Sounds like you likely have it in a fixed/sticky header that prevents scrolling, and you’ll want to disable that on mobile. But naturally we’d need to see it firsthand to properly assess it.
Hope that helps – if you have any further questions, please be sure to Submit a Ticket – all support is provided through the support center, not item comments – thanks!
Right! That was the solution. Disabling the sticky header on mobile in the Avada theme did the trick. Thank you.
how many menu configuration i can make ?
HI hakimisolutions,
There is no limit placed on the number of Configurations you can create.

Hi, is this compatible with buddypress and nav menu roles? Thank you.
Hi Jomarques,
You can use UberMenu with BuddyPress (they are compatible), though there are no BuddyPress-specific features built in. Yes, you can use UberMenu with Nav Menu Roles.
Hope that helps. If you have any further pre-purchase questions, please submit them here: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase and we can discuss further – thanks!
Hello, I would try to the created menu like this http://mosslabs.pl/ with center logo. Can I do this menu by your plugin?
and the menu will be shrinking?
Hi graffi,
Here’s information on how you can Add a logo to UberMenu.
You could make your logo shrink when you scroll the page, but it’s not something UberMenu will do out of the box.
Hope that helps – if you have any further pre-purchase questions, please submit them here: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase – thanks!
Hi, I wonder why our comment is not approved by you. We’re asking if you (finally) created a demo content importer, so we don’t need to build menus from scratch. Thanks
Hi Metric101,
Not sure what you’re referring to, we do not approve or deny comments, all comments are immediately published and we have no part in that process. We have seen no other comments from you. Perhaps you posted elsewhere or your comment was not submitted successfully.
No, there is not a demo importer, since you’d just need to delete all the items and start over anyway to point the menu items to your own site content instead of the demo content. So unfortunately it would not be helpful, you’d still have to rebuild everything.
We are working on a templating system for a future version which will make it faster to get up and running with advanced layouts quickly, and that system will be much more useful than just a menu of demo content.
If you have any further questions, please be sure to Submit a Ticket or a pre-purchase question – thanks
Buenas quisiera saber si con su menú puede tener la opción de poner un menú para móvil que se vea como el de esta pagina; https://comocuidarmimascota.com
Hi javm3,
No, UberMenu’s mobile menu will look like the one in the demo

Is there an easy way to achieve a head/subhead-style main navigation menu? You show an example within the Megamenu drop-down, but not one where the main navigation has head/subheads. If this achievable, does UberMenu work with Enfold from Kriesi?
Hi solarmediapro,
I’m not really sure what you mean by that specifically. Please send us a pre-purchase question here: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchaseand we can discuss your requirements further to see if UberMenu would be the right choice for your project.
You’ll need to follow the Enfold (Kriesi) Integration Instructions to get set up with that theme.

any chance I can use this plugin to control and create layouts in the backend admin panel of my Multi-site network? Especially, “My sites” drown as it’s gotten out of an and has too many links some that are similar that should be grouped together.
Hi Mbx,
No, UberMenu is only for the front-end WordPress menu system. The administrative menus in the back end are an entirely separate system

Hey Guys, just update to the latest Avada and I noticed that the mobile menu is not displaying below the break point of 800 px. This is happening to all my sites with an Avada + Uber menu combo. Is this a bug on your end?
Hi CreativeGamut,
Nothing has changed with UberMenu, and UberMenu doesn’t control that visibility, so it’s not on our end. I’d recommend checking out the CSS in the Avada (ThemeFusion) Integration Guide – they had a known bug regarding this in an earlier version, which was supposed to have been resolved in 5.6.2 (see their changelog). Perhaps it resurfaced, or there is a case they missed, or perhaps you’re running the buggy version.

I have a search in the menu similar to the ubermenu demo and I noticed the search field did not take focus when you pressed on the search icon. I emailed Ubermenu support and got a response from Chris which hopefully can be helpful for some others (you’ll have to change your menu-item ID to the number in your menu:
jQuery( document ).ready( function($){ $( ’#menu-item-78455’ ).on( ‘ubermenuopen’, function(){ var $li = $(this); setTimeout( function() { $li.find(’.ubermenu-search-input’).focus(); }, 300 ); }); });
Thanks again for the great support and awesome plugin!
Hello, recently I open a ticket. (my email: videoandesign…..) I forgot to mention. Im using Flatsome theme.
Hi,
I use your plugin on my site https://www.les-amis-de-pralognan.com/pralo with Divi theme. But now I updated to latest version of theme and menu stopped working on mobile and tablet.
Any ideas, why this is happening?
Thank you, Laurent
Hi Laurent,
The menu on mobile that you’re seeing is Divi’s menu, not UberMenu. Looks like you’ll need to follow the Divi integration guide to get set up there. If you have further questions, please Submit a Ticket and we can take a look – all support is provided via the support center, not item comments – thanks!
I seem to be seeing “Menu” when tapping the Menu icon on mobile using the Jupiter theme (having to press menu twice). Why is this happening? https://drewkirkproductions.com/tarporleyhospital/
Hi dkalive,
The extra toggle is part of your theme. Please be sure you’ve followed the Jupiter (artbees) Integration Guide, and if you are still running into trouble or have further questions, please Submit a Ticket so the support team can assist you – thanks!
Yes the tutorial did not work.
