This is a comments section meant for doubts related to the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder. The Image gallery is an element that comes within the WPBakery Page Builder. Here is a screenshot to show where you’ll find it. 
What is the reason I do not look too? Does it conflict with the theme I uploaded? (latest version installed)

You should be able to see it if you have the standard version of WPBakery Page Builder. Since it is an element that comes with the Page Builder, it is best to get in touch with their team through the comments section here. If that too does not help or if you’ve got the page builder bundled with a theme, you might need to contact your theme author for help.
I must be missing something. I purchased the plugin and imported the buttons add-on, but I don’t see anywhere within the composer to create a dual button. How do I create a dual button? Please advise.

Are you sure you purchased a license of the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder? I am sorry but I cannot see a purchased tag across your name.
In order to be able to see the Dual Button, you’ll need to install the Ultimate Addons on your website and you’ll find the Dual Button element as highlighted in this screenshot.

Hey guys! You got a problem to fix. Open your https://ultimate.brainstormforce.com/dual-button/ and open the browser’s dev panel and start resizing the window. Check how many times the same set of css styles are added (every time you move the mouse when you resize) to the head section.

Hi, I installed Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder (Be Theme) but when I got to add the element dedicated tab for Ultimate VC Addons doesnt show up. Also when I enter for example Flip box in the search box of WP bakery nothing shows up.

Hi. Is this plugin compatible with Visual composer version 5.2.1. I don’t have access to upgrade it, because it’s in the theme that I have brought.

Do you mean the Visual Composer page builder that is now renamed to WPBakery Page Builder? If yes, the Ultimate Addons does work with WPBakery Page Builder. However, it is always recommended to use the latest versions of a theme or plugins, in order to avoid malfunctioning or unexpected behaviors on your website.
Another thing that might matter is the modifications done by a theme author. Some theme authors modify plugins a little before bundling it with their theme. Therefore, it is best to get in touch with the theme author to check whether they modified the page builder before sharing it with you and also request them to release the latest version of it for you.
Once done, you can go ahead using the Ultimate Addons and get in touch with us in case you need help with it.

Yes, you can bundle this plugin with a theme. You will need to purchase a licensed copy of the plugin and fill a form to get an official permission from us to proceed bundling the plugin within your theme.

Hello, I’m encountering a weird issue with iPhones where you have to double tap “Advanced Tabs” in order to view it’s contents. It doesn’t really make sense to have to double tab the accordion. I did a quick search and found a similar comment but it was posted 3 years ago. Has there been a fix or solution to this since then?

Hello Elvina, thanks for your reply! Yes, I have updated it to the latest version. I did a little research and it is probably an issue with all iPhones: https://css-tricks.com/annoying-mobile-double-tap-link-issue/ In your testing, did you use an Apple device? I used an iPhone 7. On Androids it is perfect.
This is because the tab has a hover state, and the first tap activates the hover state, and the second-tap actually clicks the tab link.
To workaround this, all hover states should be removed for Apple/mobile devices.
Since this is an Apple issue, would this be something covered in your support? If so, I wouldn’t mind extending.

Could you please make sure you have the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery version 3.16.24?
Since you’ve mention that you are using the Ultimate Addons with your theme, it means that you might have got the bundled version of the plugin. In this case, you need to be double sure to check whether you’ve got the latest version. Theme authors usually hold back updates, verify them and then pass it on to their users. Having an outdated version of the plugin may cause unexpected behavior.
Moreover, usually theme authors alter a plugin a little before bundling it with their theme. Therefore, it is best to contact the theme author for accurate support.
In case you need direct one-click updates from us or direct support from our developers, I would suggest you to purchase a licensed copy of the plugin.

If you need direct support from our developers with regards to our plugin, you’ll need to purchase a licensed copy of our plugin.
We used VC on a number of websites in the past handful of years, and many came with (or are using) Ultimate Add-Ons. We have found in recent months that many of the WordPress backends are running painfully slow – the frontends are fine. In most of these cases, we’ve found that deactivating Ultimate Add-Ons will fix it, but then the frontend of the site might break because it was using features. The hosting company says that it seems that the URL for updates has possibly changed, so that when the plugin is checking for updates leads to the long delays. They are guessing that there may be updates available from its own website possibly? It looks like the update checkers are failing. Is there any insight on this at all? Any known issues?

Before we move on to the issue, could you please check whether you have the licensed copy (not the bundled version that comes with a theme) of Ultimate Addons installed on all the websites? Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder on all the websites.
If you aren’t able to update them, make sure you have activated your license to be able to do so. In case this does not help, please open up a ticket at our support center, so that we can take a deeper look at the issue and help you soon.

I am sorry, but you cannot import just one specific page from our demos. What you can do is, import an entire demo site and delete the pages you do not need.

When using an “Expandable Section” all the content inside the section is centered by default. Is there a way to change that behavior?
For example, using a text block and/or CF7 Form inside the “Expandable Section” all the text and form data is centered. Outside of an “Expandable Section”, by default the content is left justified.

hi; I have an issue with adding small onclick action code on the image(image is in the text block) which has a link on it. when adding onClick in the text mode then after saving the code it is disappearing by itself. I can`t get support in your Support Center, because i bought Newspaper theme that bundled your plugin.
