Hi, having issue with form display. I selected Minimal gray theme but when I use shortcode it displays form in red background. When I add shortcode in the page content and click preview or on mobile phone it shows white like it’s suppose to but then if I click “More results…” on the results page form goes red again. In backend clicking “Preview” displays white like it’s suppose to. Any suggestions? Thank you

I’ve tried to create an account in your support page to raise this issue, but can’t seem to get verified.
The issue I’m having is that the “More Resutls…” link isn’t loading more results in the existing page, it’s redirecting to another page – even though I have all the correct configuration in place.
Please could you let me know why this might be?

I just checked the support system, it is working at the moment, it might have been a temporary API server outage.
The reasons of it not working can be:- In case you use results grouping or the polaroid results layout: https://i.imgur.com/Wf4Rfy8.png
- ..or the page cache needs to be cleared.
If none of these two, then I suggest opening a ticket, the system should be fine now.

We’re only using the Isotopic results, we don’t have caching enabled at the moment – and the Grouping is set to “No Group” on the page below:
Advanced Options > Grouping > No Grouping
I’m not sure I understand about the API outage – does that mean this software relies on an external source being active in order to work?

No, the API refers to the Codecanyon servers, which are required to approve your purchase code when opening a support ticket. It is not related to the plugin itself, it works without limitations after installation.

It is very likely a 3rd party stylesheet/script issue. I just checked the demo and test sites via Firefox, and everything was working fine.

Yes, searching 123 will match as well by the default search logic.

The other taxonomy was okay after i configure a bit, but the category filter it wont work, it just displaying all of the product result.
I have tried the configuration that you recommend but the filtering result of product categories are still resulting all product result starting with category cattle, are there any configuration that i’ved missing

That configuration should be okay, there might be something else, but I am not able to tell based on the front-end.

Hello, I have a couple of questions about the index table. 1. The index table is not letting me index more than 500 records per ajax call even if I set the number to 900 or 1000. maybe thats an upper limit? 2.I would like to have a daily cron job to create a new index. The reason is that daily we have hundreds of thousands of products added late at night and right after we’d like to delete the index and create a new index automatically. Thank you for your help.

There is a hard limit, that is indeed set to 500 within the code.I suggest opening a support ticket with this, as it won’t be possible without modifications. The internal WP cron job is limited to 1 hour interval, so you will need some sort of a custom trigger. I am not sure if this is possible, but feel free to contact me via support, and I will look into it in more details.

My question is, is it possible to produce a URL from the search that contains all the selected search filters – so my user can send the link to someone else.
The search we have set up at the moment is in the current page, not a new page.

Currently, this is only possible with the redirection to the results page, when using the get method for the results override. The redirection URL generated there contains the modified filters data as well.

We can live without it… but do you know if this will be available eventually (even if it’s pushed into a “Share Now” button (that somehow uses the link that you’d be getting from the redirect method)?
Well, I could consider adding an API method to get the current filter states and convert it to a URL, or/and an option to change the current page URL in the browser according to the filters.

Hi! I was using this plugin last year and at present I’m making some changes. I have a custom field named MANUFACTURER, and then various custom fields named GAMES for their manufacturer, for example:
FIELD MANUFACTURERS: company1 : Company 1 company2: Company 2 company3 : Company 3
FIELD GAMES COMPANY 1 game1: Game 1 game2: Game 2 game3: Game 3
FIELD GAMES COMPANY 2: game4: Game 4 game4: Game 4 game4: Game 4
My question is, I have a filter for the manufacturer and I need that if the user select one choice, automatically display a filter for their games, it’s possible? The only solution I found is displayed all game filters without conditional logic, but isn’t a real solution because it’s generates too much filters.

If I understand correctly, you want to hide certain custom field values, depending on previous selections. Unfortunately that is not possible without custom coding.
