It takes a bit of a learning curve, but the incredible support makes it very easy to use.

I was interested in using this product for searching pages and posts on a website that was constructed using Oxygen Builder. As it turns out, Oxygen stores page data in a non-standard field and initially Ajax Search would not find the pages. Tech support was very helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem by adding the right field to the search. I am very happy with the speed and quality of support.

The product has an overwhelming number of settings. Great for flexibility, but although they are grouped in categories, it can be difficult to find the right dialog even if you more or less know what you are looking for. Fortunately, the Ajax Search settings panel provides a search function for the settings. It can be a real time saver.
