Hey there,

I’m struggling to set the time slots right.

Situation:

Service is 1h; Padding before: 15minutes

For the life me, I can’t seem to set up the slots so that if a customer books an 8am slot, the next one is available at 9:15 and the following at 10:30 and then at 11:45, etc.

I’ve tried all the options both in services and the general.

You might say: Set the time fo the service to 1:15 ->that would cause bigger issues. With the example above, imagine the staff is available until 12:45. In this case the system would not let you book 11:45 until 12:45 as it thinks the session is 1:15.

Set the general interval to 15minutes -> again, the issue there is that you have cleints able to book 8:00, then 9:45, then 11:30. A lot of dead time in between sessions.

How can I fix this?

Could you please try to set the duration of the service to 1 hour 15 minutes and enable this setting: Service duration as slot length.

Hi, there: I have a question about the plugin Can I define the number of months that appear to make the reservation? That is, if the current month is April, I can make reservations for the following 2 months only and automatically update the time interval.

Thank you for contacting us.

The service length is set on the back-end. When the customer books a service on the front-end, he only chooses the start date and time, while the system determines the end time of the service. The maximum length of the service is 1 week, so in order to set service length more than 1 week, you will need Multiply Appointments add-on (https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-multiply-appointments-addon/17457141?s_rank=24). The add-on allows clients determine the length of their appointments by booking several identical services in consecutive appointments. I need to have a page where the user can choose between two services for booking. Is it also possibile to have a link to this page with a predefined service selected, skipping so the first step?

According to the Bookly logic, the user can choose between multiple services for booking. I’ve just purchased your plugin. I’m trying to edit the appearance but the tab seems broken and can have a proper UI to work with. Everything is broken.

Can you add Brazilian Real (BRL) currency to PayPal? Do you have plans to add more types of payment? like PagSeguro from Brazil

The Brazilian Real (BRL) currency is already included in the plugin, you can select in the payments menu. What do you mean by adding it to PayPal? Hello I would like to know a cuple of things

- Do you have a process for data migration? Lets say I already have a system with users and products and clients that I would like to migrate to this program. - Do you also have the posibility to give the staff permissions? Lets say I want certain staff or user to be able to manage appointments , other to only modify them , or if I do not want some staff from looking at sensitive data like telephone number - Do you have the possibility to manage several branches? For example if I have franchises - Can I pull the data directly from tables to feed it to a BI tool , for example , tableau?

1) Currently, a migration option for all the data is not supported.

2) Staff members that have WP user account will have access only to their calendar and profile. For your inquiry you will need third party plugins, if you want to provided restricted access to the back-end of the website. At the moment, there’s no option to set this type of restrictions.

3) The plugin wasn’t designed for multiple branches, it can be used only by one business.

4) At the moment, this functionality is not available.

You can check this data in the calendar and appointments menu. The appointments menu contains several filters to generate different lists, you can also export the data and process it to generate different statistics regarding the numbers or booked appointments.

Dear alex,

Like you say, the calendar and appointments menu contains much data. Even so, i can´t find where can i check the date in which the greatest amount of reserves WAS GENERATED, which is very different from the day that contains the most reserves to be executed.

I have seen in past comments buyers asking how clients can book a service past midnight but I haven’t found an answer. I need to allow for a client to book a service, for example, from 11pm to 2am. Is this possible? Is there an Add-On that can take care of this. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply but that link didn’t quite provide the information I was looking for. Basically, a staff member in our case is an online rental (music recording equipment) – the product can be rented/booked around the clock. For instance, it’s 11:00pm on a Sunday night. The user would like to book the equipment/staff member from 11:00pm on Sunday to 2:00am on Monday ( a three hour block of time). How would you set the staff member’s hours to allow this? As far as I can tell my options are 12am to 11:45pm – how do I overlap the days? I need to be able to do this 7 days a week. Thanks!

For this inquiry you need to set the staff member’s schedule so it’s starts (for example) 8:00 in the morning and finishes 8:00 in the morning the next day.

Good evening, I’m using your booking plugin for a barber shop. Unfortunately, the booking email does not arrive to a large number of customers. We are sure it was written correctly and is not in the spam folder.

It happens with @gmail @yahoo @libero email with custom domain etc.

Hi,

There’s could be several reasons why the email ends in the spam folder/or don’t reach at all, usually it happens because the mail filter finds suspicious content, mail server is not set properly or the host is blacklisted.

You could try to use an SMTP plugin for this need, it helped some of our clients, you can check this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

The business hours have to be changed for each staff member individually in the Schedule section (Bookly > Staff Members > Schedule). Hello,

The customer can book an appointment with the staff member that is created in the Bookly back-end and is assigned to the chosen by the customer service.

Admin can change service fee for each staff member (admin has full access to the Bookly).
