Hi
On the published form, the format of the date appears in french “mar, Avr, 17”.
It’s not correct at all because in France, the last number is the year… And when I see “17” I think there’s an error (thinking “2017”) whereas 17 is the day.
Furthermore, we use to put a capitalize on the day “Mar” (not “mar” because we could think it’s “mars” (march).
By the way, we need to display the format like this : DD/MM (with numbers, no risks to think it’s a mistake…).
How can I do that ?
PS : in notifications emails, the format is correct (DD/MM/YYYY) so it’s only on the published form there’s an error.

Hello, I need help with the synchronization in google calendar, when a user book an appointment or is booked from the administrator, in Google calendar the registered reservation appears two hours later, how can I fix it?

The new services I have created are not showing in the appearance. I have assigned a staff member and changed the hours, and they are not changing in appearance either?
Hi,
The appearance menu won’t display the added services. The services that were created can be seen in the services menu, in the booking form on the front-end and also in other parts of the plugin.

When press the Next button at step 1 nothing happens. I get the following error in the Developer Console

Hi,
I have a very worrying problem which i mentioned on the support page this morning.
Someone has booked through paypal, and the payment has gone through but Bookly is not showing the appointment on the system. So nothing in the calendar and no reduction in available time slots etc.
Well it does show a booking has been made but :
1. Doesn’t show any information and the APPOINTMENT TIME changes to whatever the current day and time is.
2. No confirmation email was sent to them or to us about the booking so we have no record of what they booked.
The only way we found out was through the email provided on their paypal payment so we emailed them directly to embarrassingly ask if and what they had booked with us.

Hi there, We are looking to change the sequence of collecting the booking how do we do so.
So first step is personal details, 2nd is actual appointment date
And then with first detail we want to also capture another date but it has nothing to do with the appointment itself.

Hi I’m really happy about your plugin ! Awesome ! Would it be possible to modify the name of the attached ICS in the emails received ? Right now it is “booky_xxxx.ics”, and I would rather like to show “Ajouter à votre agenda” (“Add to your calendar”) because some clients can be afraid about ICS extension and could think that is a virus… If the name is clearier it could be better… And it could be the same name in all attached ICS… Thanks in advance

Currently, there’s no option to rename this file, though you can rename it by making changes to this file: \appointment-booking\lib\ICS.php , on the 49th and 53rd lines.

I discovered in this week that pressing the “Next” button does not bring me to the next step which is the Time step. It was working well before this. The only major change on our site is that our wordpress was auto updated to version 4.9.5 last week accidentally, but I have already roll back the update and the Bookly form is still not working. Additionally, I have debug a bit in Chrome and found that the ajax call with action = “bookly_render_time” got a “session_error” and so the form is kept at the Service step.

I like the look of Bookly but I can’t picture if it’ll work to replace the meeting room booking system on this site http://prcf.com.au/wspHome.aspx as it has some uncommon rules around member / non-member / charity pricing and also the pricing is un-uniform, e.g. 1h may be 22 but 4 may be 33.
The free version doesn’t allow me to test this out and you don’t offer a free trial. Is there a way to get a refund after a couple of days if it doesn’t do what I want? Thanks

The plugin doesn’t sync well with Google Calendar at all. It shows that it is connected however the unavailable times are not taken into consideration and the appointment time is not added to the Google Calendar. What could be the issue?

I am not happy with bookly. I am not happy with having to go to the back end of my website to book an appointment.
I have not even used it for one client. I would like the $89 returned and I can uninstall it from my site.

Hi, It says in your documentation that a editor or contributor can view the bookly calendar and add/remove appts. Now I made a user under both of these rules and this is not showing up in the wp-admin area for the user editor or other.

A staff member that’s associated with a WordPress user account (editor role) will have access to his calendar and profile. In the calendar he will see only his appointments, where he can also add, edit and remove appointments.
