it is simple. When I want to eliminate something, it does not stop, it is left thinking and it does not finish erase.

Hi, Nice job, Some question 1. An important question for me, Do you have any plan for using nosql (like mongoDb)? I think you know that with huge sending, track table will be more than 1 billion records and mysql not really scalable?

1. We do not plan to switch to MongoDB in a near future. It would be a very big change.

2. Yes, Acelle Mail comes with fully open source. You can customize it the way you desire.

3. You can go to the View Source menu to see raw HTML of the email content.

Hi, There are some problem when I open the mail on my mobile device. Some elements/pictures are not responsive. When I put two column picture to template, it’s displaying on desktop normally, but when I open on my mobile phone, columns converted to rows and pictures streching to both side. See attached screenshots.

And the other problem is about the footer, I can’t align footer to center. It looks centered on the template, but it looks different when I send an email.

Hello,I will like to request for my website to be updated to the latest version of this software. Also my login page does not have the splash images as seen on the demo. Hello @DennisHooper. You can perform the upgrade yourself from the admin dashboard: Setting > All Settings > Upgrade Manager. Just follow the instructions there to go. Let me know if you run into any problem, we are willing to help. Regards.

Hello @rwazeralie. Actually we did not test much with OpenLiteSpeed. Acelle Mail is known to work best with NGINX and Apache. Regards.

“You are on a version that is not supported by this update, last supported version is 3.0.10” Any chance to get an update for my 3.0.6? Also I sent an email about responsive problems in almost all Outlook versions but till today no answer. Could these problems be solved by a new update?

Moreover, each time an email arrives, it may be assigned to a different staff: so please only send it in one thread so that we can better handle your case. Can you just send another email describing the issue as well as providing us with access to your webapp + your hosting server so that we can troubleshoot it for you?

Purchased items login and sign up page and demos login and sign up is not same. Purchased login and sign up pages, there is no coursel. Why?

Is there any way to disable email verification process? We are planning to use AcelleMail for closed group subscribers and dont want to pay any 3rd party email verification company to verify own email addresses.

It seems you did not setup the cronjob on your hosting server yet Cronjob is needed for actually sending email campaigns, updating the listing as well as verifying/importing/exporting Please go to Admin View > Setting > All Settings > Background Job Then capture the cronjob generated by Acelle Mail and install it into your hosting server. If you are running on cPanel, you can find it here: http://kb.xyzscripts.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/1.png

Let me know if you are not familiar with setting up cronjob, we can help then

Hello @dominicgl. As the error message suggests. You will need to enable the PHP Imap extension on your hosting server. It is ON by default on most servers. It is an easy setup. If you are not sure how to do it, please just provide us with access to your server so that we can check it for you. Regards.

Hi, Does Acelle support SES API? With SMTP is would take me probably a few days to send to 30,000 contacts, whereas with the API it takes 1hr.

Hello @dtective. Thank you for your interest in our product. Yes, we do support SES API (besides traditional SMTP connection). For your information, we also support the API way for the other services like: SendGrid, Mailgun, ElasticEmail, SparkPost…

I tested my SMTP setting on demo version and it worked fine for me and sent an email from there. But now i purchased and installed on my server and it is not connecting SMTP server with same setting. Please answer me for this.
