Great Plugin with awesome functionality.

One of the disadvantages ist that the Cancellation-URLs get very long.

Especially in SMS Messages the link takes a lot of space and produces unnecessary cost.

Could you consider to implement an own or API URLs-Shortener including to the token key like

https://bit.ly/2IBfp4p

or a simpler solution would be to allow mod rewrite shortening, like

mod rewrite

http://www.domain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=bookly_cancel_appointment&token=0a46317ff6f43a4c7a64c607ccbd2bf6

to

http://www.domain.com/ca/0a46317ff6f43a4c7a64c607ccbd2bf6

This would help to save valuable characters in the SMS message!

Hello,

I have problem with Bookly Google Calendar connection. I get information on Staff card – “Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/calendar/v3/users/me/calendarList: (403) Access Not Configured. Calendar API has not been used in project xxxxxxxxxxxx before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/calendar.googleapis.com/overview?project=xxxxxxxxxxxx then retry. If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry.” (of course xxxxxxxxxxxx is project number).

I did all with instructions, i have no whitespaces in ClietID and Secret – i checked it several times. Try to generate new credentials and keys – still same issue.

Please let me know how can i fix it. It’s necessary to work properly. I install latest WordPress and Bookly (until 7.04).

Hello Google API Developer,

We are writing to let you know that the JSON-RPC and Global HTTP batch endpoints will be deprecated on March 26, 2018, and no longer functional from March 25, 2019.

What is changing? We are moving towards a more distributed, high performance architecture where requests go directly to the appropriate API server. Support for the JSON-RPC protocol and Global HTTP Batch was based on an architecture using a single shared proxy to receive requests for all APIs, so we can no longer support these global endpoints. As a result, we will discontinue support for both of these features.

What do I need to do? Please migrate your applications for your affected projects listed below before March 25, 2019. We know that these changes have customer impact and have worked to make the transition steps as clear as possible. Detailed information on how to migrate your existing API Client Libraries can be found on the Google Developers Blog post.

Is it possible to have a button with leads to the booking form which determines which fields are filled automatically?

You will need to create manually these buttons that will contain a link to the booking form. Though, please take into account that you can create links that will have predefined values for some fields. Ok, i have members logged in and i get those field upon bookings. Works great. Now, we are planning to get automated invoices trough WooCommerce and that seems to be able too. Now, my questions. All members are customers and can we pass their business info all the way to the invoice/order?

Currently, there are several codes that you could use for the WooCommerce integration (cart/invoices). If this information will be included, for example in custom fields, then it will be displayed in the invoice as it’s displayed in the WooCommerce’s cart.

We are going to make a website in which clients can make an appointment for makeup, stylist, hairdresser, etc.

We want to know if with bookly you can:

1- That the visitor can request a previous appointment and that a random service provider be assigned. Meaning, the customer can choose the service but not the provider. The service provider will be assigned randomly according to the availability of time.

If, for example, the client requests an appointment to cut their hair, the system will assign a hairdresser at random that is available on that day and time.

2- We want to know if there is a possibility that customers only pay a% of the value of the service. That is, to request the previous appointment pay for example 35% of the service they choose.

if for example there are 3 professionals for the same day and time … How do you assign them? Randomly? By order? If they are repeated?

Please, update us ! We’re stuck and time is not our friend now !

Currently, only Admin users have full access to Bookly. If you want to give full access to Bookly, though not to the whole dashboard you’ll need some third-party plugins. You can check this one: http://adminmenueditor.com/

Hi, How can Cancelled appointments be hidden from calendar view in the backend admin panel, or even better to be shown in another color??

They look exactly the same and you need to hover and read the status…

At the moment, the calendar could lead to easy confusion for the staff managing the appointments and preparing the business to deal with an appointment.

Currently, this functionality is not supported. You can use the appointments menu and use the filters to display appointment with a specific status.
