I have this product purchaced .Today i decided to update to the latest version and the site says i have 1 licence for it After i have installed it on the hosting and added the licence its says that i have no licence and my licence its not working.

there are two problems with checking if contact already exists.
1. if user click unsubscibe link in email, he becomes Inactive. If I want to manualy make him active again using Edit subscriber option, I got error “E-Mail Already Exists”.
2. if I want to add user to specific group (for examlple id 6) using api, I always get error “success false,error EMAIL_EXISTS” (json format) but email is in other group that I want to add it (ID 4)

2- In your API code is contain group ID? Maybe you’ve trying to added same group if subscriber already on this group, active/inactive

Great, that means that when i import a list of subscribers the system will let pass duplicate emails if they have different names, company, etc right? Also, does Lethe is white label? (i can change the logo, etc) i cant find this in the demo.

While importing, you will choose a group. If your list has duplicated records, system will remove copies for selected group.

1- Current version tested on 5.4+ We didnt test all sections for php7. But next version will be support php7
2- You can create and customize of your forms in Subscription Forms area and easily include embed code into your page. Also forms support bootstrap too.
3- Too many customers using Lethe on GoDaddy without problem.

1- Yes, Lethe could be use with AmazonSES. But some clients faced port, foreign outgoing server connection access on that, you should be check that before purchase. Because AmazonSES feature works fine on latest version and too many customers already using that.
2- Really don’t know, because I didn’t use these scripts. Lethe was born like a simple newsletter (without autoresponder, admin panel, twitter bootstrap, API etc), I was made it great with my customer’s suggestions and requests.

Non danno supporto, soprattutto nella fase iniziale in cui è richiesto. Questo è un PHP script complesso se non si ha una minima conoscenza da programmatore e si sa come intervenire sui propri server, che sono logicamente vincolati dal servizio host che uno ha. Anche la loro guida è molto limitata al minimo indispensabile. Alla fine basterebbe dare più supporto, fate pagare più caro ma date supporto!
