I spend so much Time with this system, but for me so much things does not work. For example {NAME_PREFIX} will not be replaced. Why will {NEWSLETTER_LINK[klicken Sie hier.]} not be replaced in the Testmail. The design of the Templates in the Mail strongly differs from the View in the System. Why are external links in the Mailtemplate always be replaced with the tracking system, but this replacements does not work in the Testmail. So i cound not realy check the links. The interfaces are realy kind, but from my point of view basically your system is crap.

Test mails cannot replace system short codes, because these codes requried campaing and subscriber IDs. You can easily create a live campaign with your email, you can see how its works. Also this information already explained in documentation, please read it.

No, you no need to wait on browser while sending. If your server give access to use Cron and shell_exec features. Your mails will be sent automatically on your setted dates.
You can use subscription form embed codes in your WP system.

Alternative messages just shows to un-html viewers, but mail body sent by base64 encoded text, if you want to sent a plain text version mails please contact me via mail, because plain text mail is not available on Lethe.

Hi I’m interested in purchasing your mailing script and an online friend advised me to come here and get this one, but before I buy I have been told that the script may have some sort of error on it , as my friend had to pay for a guy to ensure the mails were sending as was always stuck in the pending position and won’t send , he says test emails worked fine but responder didn’t, had this fault been repaired if it even is a fault before I go ahead and buy , or what would I have to do to get over that problem if I was to install the script ?

Lethe using Cron and shell_exec for sending automation. If your test emails works fine, but campaigns still waiting on pending status, thats mean your server does not support Cron or shell_exec commands.
Also shell_exec commands using Curl,, Wget and direct PHP, but some hosting services does not give access to use these commands for security reasons or shared servers etc.
So, if you have Cron feature in your hosting panel, you can use single task files for it to create manual Cron tasks.

I have an email list with details of past ecommerce customers. I want to use sendgrid to send emails. Can I use your code to send individual emails and other details stored in a table for example? Does it have a management system – so if I send 1000 emails and 10 people unsubscribe, if I send again – then the 10 unsubscribed dont get the email a second time? Thanks.

3rd party API connection system not available on Lethe but you can easily import of your ecommerce customers into your Lethe. Magento, osCommerce, opencart, phpbb etc software DB schemes included on last update.
Yes, usnsubscribed users will be removed on your current campaign group. Also there unsubscribing rules available like;
if a user unsubscribe from your list, you can remove, move to another group or mark it inactive user.

If your CSV records name fields is empty, Lethe automatically add name like NONAME but it will be replaced with blank string
