Hello @celecele. Any Linux server is ok for Acelle Mail (CentOS, Fedora, RedHat, Debian/Ubuntu, etc.). You can try with Amazon AWS, they offer 1-year free VPS which is worth trying. Regards.

Q1. Yes. So you may want to disable the option for your user, only allow SMTP or 3rd services for sending emails

New feature suggestion: When a new customer is added, and he is using junk database to send emails, there must be a check, that if bounces are greater then or equal to 3% then customer account should go to Suspended state, and he should not be able to send new emails until reactivated by the admin.

Acelle Mail lets you customize the user interface (UI) text in all areas of the webapp (titles, labels, tooltips, links/buttons, forms…)
1. Go to Admin view > Settings > Language
2. Click on the Translate button next to the language you are using (or add a new language)
3. Typing the new UI text you desire in the editor
4. Click the Save button to save your changes
You can also change the default Acelle logos in the Setting > General dashboard to make it your own brand

1. Yes, Acelle Mail allows to users to register 2. Shared hosting environment may have some restrictions that may prevent Acelle Mail from working correctly. Any Linux VPS will work with Acelle Mail. 3. Support: just shoot us a message if you run into any problem, we are willing to help if it is a problem of Acelle Mail itself.

Email throughput performance may also depend on your network speed as well as your CPU/memory. You can also try adjusting the “Max. number of process” setting in the subscription details page to speed it up (if you have a lot of memory / CPU – otherwise, using multi-process could even slow it down)

I’ve got a weird bug today. I duplicate a campaign to send it to another list. The original is good but the double one got Error (image: https://imgur.com/a/nALIt). I also check the table system_jobs but that job marked as done without error. Any clue?

Hello @ankitpr89. Using Gmail for marketing email is NOT recommended as Gmail will block your email account. You will need to go with other ESP for marketing emails like SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, SparkPost, ElasticEmail… They are all supported by Acelle Mail.
