Do you have plan to add Gmail SMTP or email delivery through Gmail API? Any reply on email tracking?
Hello @ankitpr89. Using Gmail for marketing email is NOT recommended as Gmail will block your email account. You will need to go with other ESP for marketing emails like SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, SparkPost, ElasticEmail… They are all supported by Acelle Mail.

Hello @z3d3m0n. Thank you for your interest in our product. Bounce/feedback handlers can be created by either the admin (application wide) or specific user (for the corresponding user only). It can be set up in the admin dashboard.

Hi, I’m unable to import contact into a list. I’m also unable to choose list when I want to create a campaign.
I’ve included the cronjob in /etc/crontab,
In the cronjob, i’ve tried /usr/bin/php, usr/bin/php7.0, /usr/lib/php, /etc/php, /usr/share/php but none of them work.
I installed it on Ubuntu VPS (Nginx).

Yes, i’ve inserted it in /etc/crontab but it still doesn’t work.

I tried moving my installation and database to a different VPS server and I get a “Whoops, looks like something went wrong.” error. What are the steps required to move a working installation to a different server?
Hello @vnbenny88. It is not recommended to move the installation from one server to another. It is because Acelle Mail will need to collect certain server specific’s settings during the installation wizard. So, can you just perform a fresh installation instead?
I have the same issues as @webhostdominicana, I added some contacts, but its showed 0, and cant choose any list in start one campaign.
I have solved it, cronjob need some php functions. it was ok after opened them,
But I think you need add function for changing tracking link domains.

Hello @tomaass123. The List-Unsubscribe header is, by default, added to every email sent out by Acelle Mail (you can see it in the Original Message view of any email). However, it does not guarantee that Gmail will show it to the email header, it also depends on your domain’s reputation. Regards.
It seems certain “dot” files were skipped during file transfer from your PC to the hosting server (the .env file for example, did you find it?)

I tested my SMTP setting on demo version and it worked fine for me and sent an email from there. But now i purchased and installed on my server and it is not connecting SMTP server with same setting.
Connection could not be established with host MyDomain
Please resolve this for me.

I cancelled the import but still its importing.. It showing success message when i cancelled but again its showing like Please wait for import to complete… Its about 45min it is not cancelling nor showing form to import other file.. Even i log out and log in again, again its showing Please wait for import to complete… again i did cancelled but nothing changed.. Still importing..

Import option itself is not working.. I deleted that user and created new user and tried to upload just 40kb file with EMAIL and FIRST_NAME.. still not working.. just showing Please wait for import to complete.. Import Subscribers 0% Time Icon 00:00:00
Error 1. In My campaign Page > Choose one or more lists/segments for sending email.. Its shows nothing to choose.. even after i created a subscriber list manually..
Error 2. I added 3 subscribers manually. But In My Lists > After the List Name it’s showing subscribers 0 click rate 0% open rate 0% .. Why it doesn’t showing number of subscribers.. But if we go through down arrow mark > subscribers > it is showing 3 subscribers

Do not register bounce mails using your own SMTP

We have our own SMTP server and a specific account where the emails that could not be sent bounce, in the platform it is configured and connects correctly but it does not register any mail.
Having trouble connecting to Amazon SES, domain has been verified heres the error: Connection could not be established with host email-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com [Connection refused #111] please advise.

Hello @PhiGi. We have done with the feature but it is not yet included in our main stream releases as it may cause some inconvenience in case users want to force importing contacts through API. If it is relevant to you, we can provide you with an upgrade package to include the feature. Regards
Yes pls, send me the upgrade package. Because you have finally reacted I will extend the support also. We use your system very intensively. So it certainly does not hurt if I extend the support. But please do not forget to send me the upgrade package. We got into trouble because we do not use a double opt-in feature.
