Could you please take the time to explain to everyone the reason why the author of this very popular plugin has changed from Firsh to Belcovio, if Firsh has left, if Belcovio has bought the plugin from Firsh etc; it would be very helpful to know the background behind the change and your plans for the future development of the this plugin.

Hi Firsh, you helped me a year ago to reset my license but the problem has now reappeared. (I’m only using JIG on one site at SubjectiveArts.com and this was reset from NatCoalson.com last year.)

But now when I enter my Purchase Code it again says the license is already in use. I’m not sure but maybe it’s because I switched to SSL? The full domain is not https://www.subjectivearts.com.

No, I found a publisher: JIG is acquired and sold by Belcovio now. Support requests still end up with the developer. It’s only robotic as everyone needs a license reset after updates.

I believe I might have been using the plugin on another website before but I have since changed things around and that old website is now dead. I would like to change or reset my license for this new website.

Ok, but I can’t find a way to empty the purchase code from the http website because I use SG Optimizer plugin for SSL. How can I solve this?

Other plugins shouldn’t prevent you from doing that. Go to JIG settings, General tab, and the first setting is for the purchase code. It should not matter what kind of plugin you use for SSL on the site. If all that happened was the change to HTTPS, you don’t need to do anything, it’s still the same site. The license starting with 727 is already bound to https://www.robertorizzoart.net – all good.

I only use the license on a main site and a staging site (which is in a subfolder) Also, the download on this site gives me old version 3.7 so I cannot do a manual install.
