Hi Louis, I have already created a ticket and you were working on it but there was no reply for last few days.
We have faced lot of issues so far
1. List not working when you use cron jobs, though we have checked that crons are working perfectly 2. MySQL is getting crashed even on powerful server like AWS 3. I believe that that if data is getting increase on the server then MySQL is creating issues.
Request you to please look in this matter seriously as we are facing lot of issue due to this.
If required, you can do a fresh install on our AWS instance so you can be assured that it is configured properly.

I’m testing to send a campaign to 55.000 subscribers (2.1GHz, 2GB RAM) but a few times the status is sending but the sending number is static for many minutes 20-30min. I stop the campaign and I restart again and then the number of receiving change successfully. Why this happen? I want to be able to press send the campaign and all the emails receive at once with stopping and restarting. Can you help me?

After installing and testing the system I detect 2 bugs for the moment.

After doing several tests we have managed to make the import of contacts work by placing the word EMAIL in the first line. FIRST PROBLEM SOLVED.
2nd PROBLEM DETECTED. (NOT SOLVED) The second error that I can not solve is when you want to delete a client account, the panel is loading and never deletes it.

When I’m trying to add this code on cPanel it gives me an error;
-: bad command errors in crontab file, can’t install.
How should I add this cron job?

Also have another problem, I’m creating a List with subscribers. When trying to make a campaign there is no list. I tryed many times to start over and over but no luck. :/
Hello @polocomtr. If you are running on cPanel, please skip the stars characters when installing it, because it can be selected from the list (EVERY MINUTE). It will look like this: http://prntscr.com/imq0e3
Regarding the list issue, it was because your cronjob had not been correctly set up. Once you’ve successfully installed the cronjob. It will work.

I’m using elastic email as an mail server. I can see open rate and click rate on my Elastic Dashboard. But, why I cant see open rate and click rate from my Acelle dashboard?
I’m interested in your work. What I want to know is if your panel clears the bounced emails, that is, if once it is detected that the mail was rejected, and the generated log, then continue to send emails to those accounts or if you put them on the blacklist, etc.
For example if I have 1 .txt with 50000 emails and send to 1 list and from it the mail bounced example1@live.comand then add another .txt list with 40000 emails where the same email example1@live.com (which bounced in the first shipment) appears Would the system discard this mail or send it again?

Sales page says “embedded subscription form” that you can place on your website, but nothing like this is available in the user or admin demo.
When viewing http://demo.acellemail.com/admin/layouts there isn’t an option to preview as a full page or anything.
Cannot find the actual pages, embed link, or live preview of anything except email templates which dont count as subscription forms..
How are we supposed to embed a capture/sub form from this script? Thanks.

Hello @ganeshkiran. As Acelle Mail suggested, you will need to enable the PHP fileinfo extension on your hosting server. It is the default PHP package that is available on most servers. You can contact your hosting provider, asking them to do it for you. Let me know if you still cannot get it to work. Regards.
