My website says there is a v3.8 but only able to download v3.7?

Please update your downloads. thanks.

Hi, here it’s “Queued for Review, Submitted 14 hours ago”. Acquire it from within WP, the auto-update system.

Hi there,

The plugin is no longer auto updating. We have our license number added and it has been updating fine up until now. We dont have the plugin installed anywhere else either. How do we fix this problem?

Cheers

Hello, please I have a big problem. Meanwhile, do you remember me? long ago I had a problem and you gave me an updated personal version 3.8b. Up to now everything is ok … from today I have a problem with Open Graph Facebook. As a debugger, when I perform a scraping, I can no longer visualize the right image. It is addressed to the parent page with error 301. So for example, in the Wildlife category, when I share a photo, the open graph of the mother wildlife page is shared, not the photo as before.

In your opinion? ... Thank you.

Contact us from the CodeCanyon profile, we’ll take a look if you send us temporary wp-admin.

Hello, some news? I think the problem is right from JIG. With active Yoast it is overwritten, with Yoast inactive it generates errors in the open graph. Thanks

Check your email.

Youtube playlists are no longer supported!

When clicking the thumbnails on the JIG demo site and my own site, it fails.

Firsh, may you fix soon?

Yes, pushing out an update now.

Question before Purchasing: It is important for me, that the Scripts and Files, the Plugin needed to work, are only loaded in the Pages or Posts they where used in. So that the Rendering Speed of all other Pages where not affected. Is that possible?

Yes, that’s the default behavior, called “conditional script loading”. Only scripts for the features you actually use are loaded. For example, while the plugin bundles several lightboxes, only the one you actually use is loaded, and only when JIG is present on a given page.

Hi.

Where can i ask the refund of this plugin ? Unfortunately it doesn’t work with my actual plugins and i can’t use it.

Please let me know where ask the refund ?

Thanks a lot. Melanie

Thanks for your reply. But we’ve got already make the test and it’s still doesn’t work. We’ll use another solution. Please give me the process for the refund. my best

Request it here on CodeCanyon, there is an official request form.

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home2/erdesigns/emergencyroomja.com/wp-content/plugins/justified-image-grid/justified-image-grid-core.php on line 9205

Check your “row height” or “row height deviation” settings, there must be a mistake in their values. Make sure they are just numbers, without “px”.

Thank you.. it was Row deviation… it was blank… I put 0 and it worked

Change the limit setting to 50 or 100 or anything other than 20. Currently, you are limiting the whole gallery to 20, and load more is also 20, therefore there is nothing to load more towards.

Still not working.

I have tried the following settings:

Limit image count: -1 (upon saving the field ends up blank) Initially load: 20 Load more limit: 20

and

Limit image count: 0 Initially load: 20 Load more limit: 20

and

Limit image count: 1000 Initially load: 20 Load more limit: 20

My goal is that I want unlimited images but only want to show 20 on initial load and 20 more each time the load more button is pressed.

So far I can’t even get the button to show up.

Can you list the settings I should use and if they do not work then take a look at the site to see why it’s not working?

Contact us from the CodeCanyon profile, we’ll need to log in and take a look at your setup. You seem to be doing everything correctly.

File contains suspected malware URL: wp-content/plugins/justified-image-grid/js/code.photoswipe.jquery-3.0.5.js

It is too much work for you to delete this “comment” from the file?

Nothing to worry about it’s a false alarm. That link leads to a simple WP site and it appears in a JavaScript comment. The old PhotoSwipe is going to get removed from the plugin soon either way. You can delete the file if you wish.

Hi, I have this “critical problem” alert from Wordfence

Ok, thanks

Hello – this plugin is just old and requires too much manual entry. I have TheGrid plugin and wanted to see if yours was better but I’m going to stick with what I have. Can you process a refund for me? I just purchased it a few minutes ago.

Thanks, Jonah

What is the simplest way to add images to each gallery? Does this plugin not have the ability to bulk select images to add? Do you have to grab individual ids? Seems crazy antiquated if so and am feeling a bit of buyers remorse.

It’s no longer advised to fiddle with IDs. There are automatic ways to set up galleries, such as auto take over, or gallery based on tags, categories. A core concept is Sources, JIG is for display, not for actually creating an album or gallery. https://justifiedgrid.com/sources/ What could be easier than putting your gallery together on Facebook or Flickr?

It’s just got all these extra steps required to add images and then simply assign the appropriate gallery to the page. The steps on creating categories, tags, generating a shortcode all just add time. It’s just not what I’m looking for.

Hey, just got alarmed from my Wordfence firewall:

Filename: wp-content/plugins/justified-image-grid/js/code.photoswipe.jquery-3.0.5.js

File Type: Not a core, theme or plugin file.

Bad URL: http://blog.stchur.com/2007/03/15/mouseenter-and-mouseleave-events-for-firefox-and-other-non-ie-browsers/

Details: This file contains a suspected malware URL listed on Google’s list of malware sites. Wordfence decodes base64 when scanning files so the URL may not be visible if you view this file.

The URL is: http://blog.stchur.com/2007/03/15/mouseenter-and-mouseleave-events-for-firefox-and-other-non-ie-browsers/ – More info available at Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page.

Do you sell malicious plugins or what is it?

Hi,

I just got alert that one URL in your code contains malware:

http://blog.stchur.com/2007/03/15/mouseenter-and-mouseleave-events-for-firefox-and-other-non-ie-browsers/

Can you please address this.

Thank you.

I am receiving the following message from WordFence:

File contains suspected malware URL: wp-content/plugins/justified-image-grid/js/code.photoswipe.jquery-3.0.5.js Type: File

I have downloaded the latest plugin from Codecanyon and copied it to the folder and still get this error so would be sure it is not a local infection.

Please investigate.

Regards

Ian

Wordfence reported malware in the JIG plugin today, so had to uninstall the plugin. Can you review and correct?

I’ve just bought and configured your plugin to work with WP Real Media Library. The developer told me to use your plugin because it would work out of the box – sadly it doesn’t in my case:

I’ve got an image gallery with 34 images (internal JPEGs in the /wp-content/uploads/ folder) that worked just fine. But when I activate your plugin, only the 1st ten images are shown, the rest won’t be loaded at all.

The website is going live on friday morning so I’m in urgent need for help. I’ve got screenshots and can give you files/access, but please help me out here as quickly as possible. How can we connect privately?

Best regards and big thanks in advance

RESOLVED: The fault was in the shortcode. The gallery was an early one and had a limit in the shortcode. Limit was disabled for quite some time so I couldn’t see it on plugin basis or in the edit window of the gallery. Just cleaned the shortcode and everything works fine. Quite a silly thing but maybe it helps someone else here, too.

Sounds good. Let me know if you have other questions.

trying to update one of my licenses (ends d010). says I have it on more than one host. looks like I have it on my staging subdomain but obviously want it active on my main domain. can you reset or advise how to make it active on correct domain.

I’ve reset your licenses. http://justifiedgrid.com/support/faq/your-license-has-been-reset-what-does-it-mean/

They were on HTTP hosts, maybe that’s the problem.
