Hello, I think there is a problem with toggle option. When I add an element with conditional logic to show when toggle option is checked, it hides and the opposite. It’s like the “initial status” options are misplaced. I used radio options where there is no problem.

This is helpful to put ads around each quiz.

Hi, this is a great plugin. I’ve been using it for a while now. I’m just wondering if there is a way to turn off email notification to the user? I’m integrating the form with an autoresponder, and after submitting the form, the user receives an email from eform along with any confirmation and welcome emails that are sent from the autoresponder. It looks a little confusing for the user, and since it is unnecessary for them to log back in to look at their answers, it would be good to turn off the automatic email in eform. It’s an amazing program, though. Is there a button to do this? Thanks

We do need to reset all styles to make things consistent. Otherwise we can not know for sure how themes would override things. How else would you have us do it?
If I use HTML tags p, ol, ul, quote etc. in the description field the CSS style is not the same as the theme style. So, I need to copy my complete theme style with the .ipt-uif-custom-material-custom class before or use !important on all directives of my theme style. Thats not good! If I set the eform theme to be custom, than it should not include the eform CSS style and the wildcard, or it should only import the most important styles.

You can create a quiz with our plugin and then collect payment through built-in paypal or stripe gateways or through WooCommerce.
In both the cases the quiz taker will get certificate and score only when they have paid.

For extra information we have “Score Based Ranking System” feature where you can set your messages/tips based on the user score. Further you can manage the visibility of these message through settings whether you want to show in success message or in trackback page or in the email only.

Hi, I’m using eForm for a survey, the questions are divided in pages, and each page contain several questions. I need, for multiple / single options, matrix etc. to set an aswer like “none of these answers”, that possibly uncheck the other answers. Is this possible? I’ve read this https://wpquark.com/kb/support/topic/skip-question-in-survey/ but I need to have multiple questions in each page, and in the export if the user check “none of these” all the other answers of the same question must be unchecked. This is possible with single option element. You need to enable Show Others Option in the element Options tab. Please check and let me know if it works for you.
Show Others Option display a new field where the customer can write something else, but doesn’t uncheck / deactivate the previous answers, and I need this feature not only for single option element, but also for matrix and the others elements, thanks

This can be happen due to different reasons. Most common ones are:
1. Your server is running out of memory.
2. Your server does not have php5-mcrypt installed.
3. PHP does not meet requirement of version 5.4+.
4. Due to wrong logical condition added in the form.
Best way to debug is, turn on WordPress debugging and check the log files.
It would be better if you ask in the forums.

For getting form submission details on your email, you need to use admin notification available through Form Builder > Result & Email > Admin Notification. Please review following tutorial for more information.

I have several drop down box on my form and I got all option in my form report in my email even those are not checked. Notices you are getting as mcrypt has been deprecated for PHP 7.1 and it has been discontinued from PHP 7. 2.
Right now mcrypt is a requirement for eForm. It basically creates hashed links of form ids. We are in the process of completely rewriting form engine where we will just remove mcrypt, but until then we can not. So kindly ask your host to enable mcrypt library. It doesn’t have any security implications. We will be removing it as well, but for now, due to backward compatibility, we need to have it. In coming 5-6 months when eForm 5 will be launched, it will be finally dropped.

We are releasing version 4.2.0 by the end of next week. It will safely bypass mcrypt for newer entries while falling back to mcrypt for older entries (trackback links). Regardless it will generate new trackback links so once v4.2 is installed you can disable mcrypt altogether if you do not care about old trackback links anymore.

Sorry for the confusion. You want your richtext to appear in your PDF. This actually is possible. Navigate to Result & Email > Summary Table and enable the option “Show Design Elements”.
