Hi, I have a presale question: In your screenshots I see a product without a price and only points and a payment method with points only. Is there a setting in the product which determines that this product (category) can be bought with POINTS ONLY instead of normal money?

All other products in the shop should be bought with normal MONEY ONLY. Can I do this with this plugin? Thank you in advance.

On the order details page, I’d like to display points earned for the order, not points granted for the order. Is there a message shortcode that can do that? When I’m printing packing slips, the orders always say “you earned 0 points for this order” even though they did earn points, they just haven’t been granted yet.

I’m interested in this plugin but just want to make sure that it can fully support multiple languages before buying it.

From the localization screenshot (https://s3.envato.com/files/231240138/Screenshot/1024localizationtab.png) I see that you can enter custom messages like “You Cannot Earn More than [rsmaxpoints]”. Where can I add additional translation to that message? For example, a user switches their language to Chinese. How can I handle this?

Is version 19.9 the latest? I am using 19.9 version, have setup not to award points when there is a sale price. But the single product page shows a message that user will receive points. But if the product is added to cart, there is no message that you will receive points if you make a purchase. Why is a message showing up in a single product page, if I have set up not to award points if there is a sale price?

Hi Could this plugin allow referrers to earn points as well? Example if I refer a friend I earn 5 points and if my friend who is under me refer his friend both he and I gets awarded points as well. Or is it only one level? lmk

Presale question: My client does not want “points” to show anywhere to his customers, in the backend or front end, but rather, only show the “cash” value their points have accumulated. I’ve read through the comments but can’t find anything that states whether that’s possible. Is there a way we can use this plugin and ONLY show the cash value they have and not points? Thank you!

In the cart page, I would like the reward points to be subtract from the Total including the shipping fee and not from the Subtotal.

So for example: LV Points = 20 Subtotal = 100 Shipping fee = 10 Total = 110

Currently the calcul is:

(Subtotal – LV Points) + Shipping

What I want is:

(Subtotal + Shipping) – LV Points

We have an online store, and also have a physical store in a mall.
We would like to have a way that no matter the customers buy online or in the store, they still can receive points.
We know this plugin is only for online store, just are you planning to have features like each registered customer can have a QR code, so we in the store can just scan it and enter points?
We check your demo, right now we need to go to Add/Remove Reward Points Settings, and search the customers by username or email.
It will be great if you have that. Also if not, will you guys do custom works on it?

Hello i have some question.

1. Can we maybe give Points in % percentage for when a customer buyin a product. Sample: We set the Points to 1 = 1 Eur. Percentage to 10%. Membership sent a refer a customer to buy a product. The product cost 100 euro. If the customer buy the product the Membership get 10% for sold product. The Membership must now get 10 Points. Is this maybe possible?

2. We want that every Membership can create their own Voucher Code like: BUYANDGET10. This code must we see the same as Referral Link. Is this maybe possible?

3. We will give a monthly recurring price package plan for us Customers. Can the members use this recurring code automatically whitout entering every time to get commission for every payment?
