1) you subscribed a Form for “List A” 2) The system now send correctly the email confirmation for subscription 3) Also even if YOU DO NOT click on the confirmation link in the email, all automatic and programmed messages maked for “List A” in “Automations” section menu they are also sent from the system to you
This is not good, the system must send all messages maked for “List A” in “Automations” only after subscribers click on the confirmation link. Please fix this too. I hope you understood for a check / fix

Hello @thinkbigcreations.Acelle Mail lets you customize the user interface (UI) text in all areas of the webapp (titles, labels, tooltips, links/buttons, forms…)
1. Go to Admin view > Settings > Language
2. Click on the Translate button next to the language you are using (or add a new language)
3. Typing the new UI text you desire in the editor
4. Click the Save button to save your changes
You can also change the default Acelle logos in the Setting > General dashboard to make it your own brand

I saw this https://codecanyon.net/item/acelle-connect-wordpress-plugin-for-acelle-mail/21360515 and I think it will be useful to add the below options 1. order upload/sync 2. A checkbox to checkout page so let the customers to choose or not to subscribe to a list.

Hello @Nikhil9544. They are the default headers added to every email sent out. We do not support changing them in the UI yet. However, you can edit the source file to adjust the value the way you desire, you can find the setting in app/Model/AbsCampaign.php file. Thanks

I looked at the Automations tab in the demo, but I don’t see how this can be used to reply to a single user. It seems like it only replies to full lists? If you can show me a step-by-step for setting up a simple auto-responder then I can purchase the product.

hi , can users send bulk email without stetting smtp , my hosting allowed only 200 email per day how that gonna effect
Hello @sami009. You can set it that your users can send without having to configure the SMTP service (they will send through your own SMTP services – added by admin). Regarding the sending limit, it is recommended that you go with a 3rd service provider like SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES… they offer free thousands of emails monthly. Acelle Mail does support connecting to these services through their API or SMTP

thank you, we setup the cronjob and its working now but the problem now we are facing is when sending email campaign to 100k , 200k its saying 81 and 86 sent.. and status shows campaign is done. we create several campaign with genuine email but still its not going more than 86. why is it ? anything we need to to setup ? what is the fitness setup in each list ?

Can i know what is Fitness in email server ?
When it comes to deliver your campaign emails, if you have more than one sending server available, they will be selected based on a random selection algorithm. That is, when assigning a sending server to a mail list, you can specify the FITNESS value for the assignment
Suppose you have two sending servers:
- SMTP 1, fitness=30
- SMTP 2, fitness=70
So, out of 100 emails sent out, 30% of them will be sent using SMTP 1 and 70% by SMTP 2 (randomly) Also if one server is exceeding the sending limit, Acelle Mail will not try to select it and switch to the other ones
So, you can add as many servers as you desire, remember to setup the server’s sending limit as well as assigning the right FITNESS value for it
