There seems to be no drop-down menu for chosing between AND / OR when creating custom criteria

Hello @absolin_co. It seems you are using cPanel on your hosting server. Then please make sure you DO NOT turn on the security mod for the domain. See my screenshot here

2. I’m trying to setup Amazon SES API but it’s working for me. I’m getting an error but I’m not sure if I did it right. Do you have some of guideline how to setup Amazon SES API properly? So far I have my account, but I think something got wrong with the IAM setup to get my credentials. Do you have some kind of support system/platform where I can submit a ticket to double check it for me please?

Please try again, this time, please create a key from your root account (not IAM account) http://prntscr.com/e9zmuq Confirm: http://prntscr.com/e9zmkf Create a new key http://prntscr.com/e9zne3Then create a “Amazon SES API” sending server in Acelle Mail using the key pair you obtain from AWS and you are ready

2. I need feature to send Transactional Email with API also. For this can i purchase AMAZON SES and integrate with your application? By this way we can make this as Transactional Correct. Please explain me if i am wrong.

Hello @uzthegeek. API is mostly for manipulating your mail list / subscribers. Acelle Mail is not a transnational email service. It is more an email marketing client which sends marketing email through 3rd services (or through your own hosting server). Regards

Hello @stribak93. You can get Acelle Mail to work with PowerMTA through standard SMTP connection. Didn’t it work for you?

Hello @Superslash1. There is no limit at all of Acelle Mail itself. It depends on your server capacity (memory, CPU, storage)

Is it possible to add a webhook/API feature for the automation INSIDE a workflow? As example:
We sent email first, then 1 day after email is clicked -> call webhook instead of sent email (e.g. send an SMS, call a print-on-demand service, etc…. There can be tons of feautures possible when there is a webhook. We could also use a Zapier webhook and connect up to 800+ applications to make Acellemail even more powerful.

Is it possible to also have “upgrade pricing”? Currently there are plans that container a certain limits like #sending servers, #emails sent, #GB storage included, ....
let’s say a client wants to upgrade only the storage, can we add some upgrade price like x EUR/GB and a client can order this directly via his account? Something like buying credits you know. And not need to upgrade his whole plan. I think it would make the application a lot more flexible and powerful.

Your online demo/preview is horribly slow! I was trying to check some things how it works/look but it takes 40+ seconds to load each single page. Takes forever!

I have tried using ElasticEmail, Sparkpost, and Sendgrid. They doesn’t seems to reflect my opens count back in Acelle? Is there some notification/webhook setting that I am missing out? I remembered Mailwizz’s tracking worked just fine.

How do I add “signed by” during emails. I see “sent by” and my domain. But how do I set “signed by”
Hello @amicheals. Then you will need to setup a DKIM for your sending domain. If you are sending emails through 3rd services like Amazon, SendGrid, SparkPost… then you have to verify your domain against those service as well as setup a DKIM for it. Then your email will be signed by your domain name. Regards.

Do you have your own domain to use as sending domain? Then please proceed with
1. Add a sending domain in Acelle Mail 2. Follow the instructions in the domain setup page to add a DNS record to your domain DNS (to enable DKIM) 3. Create your campaign, make sure the FROM email address does match your domain. Then, every email sent out will be signed with your domain’s DKIM
