Say that I have a row of blocks with CSS animation applied to each of them, Is it possible that the animation to be played sequentially (one after one) than all at once?

Hi guys!
I am using an old version of your plugin (version 4.12.1) with the autorent theme.
However the stretch row setting is not working properly, if I select default nothing stretches (which is ok) but the stretch row option stretches row and content, and no other option stretches just the background of the row and keep the content on the original width.

I don´t mind to pay for updating the plugin if this error is corrected in new versions, but I want to be sure that this is the problem and not an incompatibility with the theme…

Hello there!
I don´t mean that the plugin comes within a theme, but I am using it in combination with Autorent theme. I thought that this info will be helpful for you or help you to know if there is any known issue or incompatibility with this theme.

Hello, Unfortunately, the template content can only be appended to the existing content. You can delete the existing page content quickly by switching onto classic editor mode and then deleting all the text from it.

Hello, The https://visualcomposer.io/ is our latest website builder plugin. It is a completely separate product from the WPBakery Page Builder. Since the add-ons are built for WPBakery Page Builder, they do not work with the website builder plugin. Hi. I have attempted to activate a license on behalf of my client, who purchased one via this account. Using the Envato credentials is NOT WORKING, we can’t even access your support forum with them. Please advise.
Hello, If the licenses is purchased via envato, then you can use password reset link: http://support.wpbakery.com/reset-password and set a password for the account. Do make sure to use the email id which was associated with the codecanyon account during the purchase. You can then login into support account and in licenses page click on “import it” link to import your license onto it. Finally, repeat the license activation process.

I used the email associated with this Codecanyon/Envato account and it tells me the email address is not on file. Please advise.

Hello, You can add the toggle in a row and then in row settings use “stretch row and content (no padding)” option to stretch the added content to the full width.

We just bought this and contact the support team and still waiting for a reply. For some reason once we uploaded it, our products on our store won’t show up, it worked before with the free version and since we got the new one the composer won’t show products from woocommerce but it show banners we made on the homepage. hey it seems as though the video container is not working, it recognizes vimio but not youtube. When i put the link into a text editor in the back end, the video appears, but on the front end, only a link to the video appears

Hello, If you have purchased the plugin via codecanyon, then you can use the email id associated with the codecanyon account and reset the password: http://support.wpbakery.com/reset-password You can then set a new password and use it to login during the license activation process.

Hello, We had checked for the possibility of such an integration, however due to the code used then, it was not possible. We are planning to add an option in future to disable the standard pretty photo and to allow adding a custom lightbox in future.

Hello, Unfortunately, we do not have such a feature in our standard plugin. It can be achieved with some custom CSS and using two rows instead of one to display the same content, but one row having it in reverse order. You can then add an extra CSS classes to both the rows and control their displays on respective screen sizes using CSS media query: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_mediaqueries.asp
