Can you set up tiers based on amount spent they reward points change? If so would the amount be based on per cart amount or the total yearly amount that the customer has accumulated?

We have provided an option to modify the Reward Points Earning Percentage based on Purchased History[Number of Successful orders/Total amount spent on the site]. You can make use of the option as per your needs. The amount is based on Order total which includes tax and shipping cost.

Hello, I have a presale question.
I will select some users on my site te become a vendor. They must only sale the products on my site. Product must pay with real money use Paypal or other gateway payment system. Each Vendors must have an unique voucher code. They can share to everybody. If the clients buy a product on my site with the voucher code than will i give for each payment a commission in Points. And the buyer a discount like 10%. Is this possible in your plugins?

Does the action rewards work with YITH Advanced Reviews plugin? I enabled action rewards for product reviews but do not see any prompts that say you earn X amount of points for leaving a review.

Hi, I just purchased and installed the plugin and am going through the document to learn how to adjust all my settings. I would like to bulk update all my listings, but I don’t have that section in my plugin (instructions say: Go to WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Modules -> Product Purchase -> Product Purchase Reward Points Bulk Update Settings) but there is no bulk update settings.
Also, when referring to the options/settings in individual products, under “Advance” the directions often refer to a multitude of options, but the only option I have is to enable/disable “Enable Buying of SUMO Reward Points” and under that, “Buy Reward Points”. That’s the only options I have. How can I get the rest of them that you mention?
After going through the document I feel like I’m missing a bunch of fields in my plugin. Can you please help me? I installed the newer version. Should I install the old 8.x version first?

I am having an issue with my coupon codes on my cart page. even though it says, “coupon applied” after submitting a code, the discount doesn’t show up. It works on my checkout page, but not the cart page. Can you fix this?

Go to WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Messages -> My Reward Table Customization Settings
- Select Show in My Rewards Table in My Account option
- Save the settings

Go to WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> General -> Earning Points Conversion Settings
- Set 1 points equals 1$ in the corresponding field
- Save the settings
Go to WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Modules -> Product Purchase -> Product Purchase Reward Points Global Settings
- Select Quick Setup in Product Purchase Reward Points radio button
- Select All products in Product Purchase Reward Points is applicable for drop-down menu
- Select Enable in Global Level Reward Points drop-down menu
- Select By Percentage of Product Price in Reward Type option and set 100 in Reward Points field
- Save the settings.

Hi, I’m interested in purchasing your plugin and I’d like to ask a few question before doing so:
1. Does this plugin work on Safari and iOS devices? 85% of our traffic comes from mobile devices and the vast majority of that is iPhones.
2. Does this plugin support rounding points sum? For example, I want to give 5% points globally from the total price (before tax) for any product purchase, so if the total before tax is ¥102 I want to round the poitns from ¥20.4 to ¥20.
3. Is to possible set points expiration date? Is it possible to set automatic reminder emails to clients x days before points expire?
4. Does your plugin include Japanese po/mo files or do I need to translate and create them myself?
5. Can I set that points can’t be used together with woocommerce coupons? Can I set that no points will be given if a customer uses a discount coupon?
6. Can I generate a code that registered customers can only redeem once? For example, if I print a code on my catalogue and give it to 100 people, can it be limited to use once per registered client?

This is bullshit, this problem has been going on too long. I have multiple friends who have bought this plugin too. If this isn’t fixed in the next 72 hours I am going to be switching plugins and posting a 0 star review and advising my friends using this plugin too!

Does anyone that currently uses this plugin have issues with Redeeming points in a Safari browser or on iOS devices? We have tried fresh installs, with various combinations of themes but still can’t get points to redeem in a safari browser on a mac or on iOS devices.

Does this work with multisite? I don’t need the points to work across all subsites. I just want the plugin work on a per-site basis as it would on multiple single installations.
