We can define custom order status like “in Transit ” “Packed” etc but when we update to this status, it is using default WC Template. Whereas predefined status uses the template we have added via a plugin like Email Customizer.
Please make it enable to use Default Status Templates. Also Please Integrate Aftership so no need to integrate individual Courier or Transport Services.

Hello, I tried both your front end & back end demos (by the way the link emailed to test the backend demo is incorrect and takes you to a demo for a gift card plugin. I had to find the correct demo link from the comments)
I am looking to display a tracker that works for both custom woocommerce order statuses, and a tracker where I can email a guest a special url so they can view their order progress (preferably for NON woocommerce orders for orders that are emailed/called in). Thus I have a few preorder concerns:
1. The custom order statuses don’t seem to appear on any of the tracker bars. I would hope that is what it is supposed to do, but….?
2. In your description it says a guest can view a tracker without being logged in, but I don’t see where to do that at?
3. Is there a way to show a guest a tracker that I can display/set a custom status, that isn’t connected to a wocommerce order?

I should add that for question 1, in the woo settings I built a custom order status > Added it to the track order tab/approval > set the text for frontend display in the common settings > Added it to the ” Select Your Order Statuses To Show On Front-End For Tracking” in the New Settings tab > then changed a current order to that custom status. Is there something I am missing?

Yes, for displaying custom order statuses on frontend tracking template you have to select those custom statuses in one of the 3 sections that are approval, processing, shipping. After selecting in one of those sections you will see the result on the frontend.
For guest order tracking, guest must have logged in in which our guest-track-order page will open, where order id and guest email is required to fill.
Now for the tracking of non-woocommerce orders, we want to tell you that our plugin only tracks those orders which are placed on your online shop and your customer will track their orders.

Yes, but the main shipment tracking services in Brazil is called “CORREIOS” and for my store only works with this type of service and will only buy your Plugin if you have this service
We don’t have the feature that is integrate with CORREIOS shipment tracking but if there is any availability of tracking api is there we will definitely integrate our plugin with the same.

Hi, can this work without actual products being entered into WooCommerce? My international shipping company doesn’t sell products, our customers buy the products and ship it to our US address and then we bring into Jamaica for them.
With that being said, we want to create custom tracking details for them to see when it hits our facility and when we have done sorting etc.
Let me know if this plugin can work for that purpose, we also would want for them to get email notifications.

You can track the package status which provided by woocommerce also you can add some custom order status.
If you are using any other third party shipping services like FedEx and Canadapost and you want to provide a functionality to your customer that they can track their order’s status with real-time you can simply use our plugin.

You can choose the shipping company which provide package tracking and we have integrated our plugin with them by just enable the settings from the following path Woocommerce – > track your order – > shipping integration settings.
There are two option like FedEx and Canada Post in which you have to enter your account details after that you are able to assign tracking number to particular order from order edit page, so that your customers are able to view real time tracking of thier package.

Our plugin is currently integrated with FedEx and Canada Post package tracking api, for using this feature the admin should have an account mentioned before, and yes our plugin will work with vendor plugin, we will add some more shipping company who provided tracking api.
Now coming on your query about how you get to know that which company provide tracking, so as we have said that we only integrate our plugin only with FedEx and Canada Post so what you have to do for using this feature is admin have tracking no provided by the FedEx ( if shop owner using FedEx shipping services), admin have to update placed order with tracking no along with shipping company which he/she use from order edit page. Now from my account page there is a section shipment tracking from where a user get to know their order status provided by the FedEx.
Now in the last about shortcode on notification menu we do not have such feature but we will implement it if feasible in our case.

Hi. can you confirm if can have notification or not before purchase. Because this is needed feature which is similar ebay. Some user they don’t used real email as buyer to purchase, i want they wanted visited website to check order status better than go direct to email. Which is flexible
So as you said:
Step 1: Create an account in Fedex, USPS, UPS, ...
Step 2: Enter API key
Step 3: Any vendor who created product, they just have a job enter the tracking number. Each vendor don’t need to have API key to enter to admin, right? The only 1 API will used for whole website.
Please intergated with USPS and UPS. USPS is goverment USA shipping company, which is the best trusted company and most people used it.

Yeah! sure we are working on our product to integrate with various trusted shipping companies who provide tracking api.
Now as per your question about vendor, yes it is not feasible that each and every vendor have an account, rather than the admin who have access to all the vendors order must have an account to use FedEx or Canada Post tracking api. Each order can be track by just entering the order id by customer from front-end.
Sorry im confused, because my english is not perfect. Please reply 1 or 2. Example for only Fedex.
1. Enter 1 API, which admin created in Fedex. DONE. all vendor just have a job enter shipping tracking in frontend.

2) If i have 10 vendor, i must ask 10 vendor give me API, which mean i have to enter 10 API for only Fedex service? So all 100 vendor = 100 API for fedex?

If you have multiple vendor then no need to enter 10 FedEx api, only admin can enter his/her FedEx Api account details then it will work for all vendor.
Admin must have to enter the tracking number for a particular order from order edit page and then on front end the customer only enter the order id the tracking status will show.
You can go with option 1 but when the tracking number available admin must have to enter the tracking number from backend order edit page and update the order. After that only order id needed to track the status.
