Ans. Soon we will add free hand fee hand fees for individual student in which you can add previous year carry forward fees or whatever you want manually for any student.

Ans. Many clients has been requested this feature to add POS in inventory, we are still collecting feed back on inventory module and will add Invoicing ad POS feature in inventory module.

3.Many of the questions repeating because you are answring via tickets plz give answers in this pannel also

Ans. We provide customer support through our support portal http://support.qdocs.in , generally customers opening tickets for issues so they are facing which is handled by technical support team. But here comment are is for prospect customers who are posting pre sales messages which is handled by general support staff.

4.How to disable unwanted modules (user role based system)

Ans. You can manually disable unwanted modules at present by making small changes in code files but next coming update will have feature to enable disable modules and features.

5.Improve marks sms as individual like subject wise rank and grade.

Ans. In last update we have just added SMS notification feature for exams soon in coming updates we will ad more notifications features like desktop notifications customers suggested feature like subject wise, rank and grade etc.

Ans. You can print fee collection slip from admin or accountant and statement from student and parent panel

7.How to fix menu bar it will make confused to us

Ans. What confusion you are facing regarding menu bar please suggest us so we will work on it.

8.How to create fees automaically when we create a student based on class the same as at the time of promotion.(logic—-we have to create diggerent fee groups and then we will assign fee groups to perticular class)

Ans. Fees Collection is a complex module, there are different ways school/instituion collecting fees in different countries, our fees collection module may seem lenthy to assign every studnet but its capable to handle any fees structure. Class based fees structure is seem simple but it has no flexibilty if you want to assign different fees on different students of a single class.

9.In india many of the schools taken attendence as shift wise (moring and evening) please make change the attendence type and shift wise also.

Ans. You have suggested good feature, we will keep this feature in mind but none of the other clients have suggested this feature or they are using in their schools specially from India. Is it mandatory by any boards like CBSE, ICSE or State Boards to take dual attendance shift wise a single student?

Ans. There is major update is under development regading Reports and Charts, this will cover varioris reports from different mdodules and anlytics.

Unpaid fees voucher can be print for single student only not for bulk. We will try to add feature for discount in admission form but it can cause confusion to calculate balance fees. We are still collecting feedback of client on fees module, later when we will work on fees module we will add these features in fees module.

Yes you can add any http based sms gateway by making minor changes in our Customsms gateway library, though it require some knowledge of php programming but we will provide your sample code for integration.

There is already two Indian payment gateway added, PayU and CCAvenue. Paytm payment gateway will be added soon in coming few updates.

Log report or audit trail feature is not available in Smart School. Though its in our plan and will be added in future updates. Current inventory module is just added, we are reviewing feedback of clients and further we will improve it many clients want invoicing and pos feature in inventory module. Smart School built on PHP – Codeigniter so anyone who has some experience in PHP – Codeigniter can easily customize code. Most of the function names are self explanatory. So if you are able otherwise you can hire any local developer who know PHP – Codeigniter. If you or your developer face any doubt or question about function or library then we will explain its usage.
