Hi, I found, this is a bug. Wordpress adds a
tag at the beginning and end of the shortcodes to the green registration. This is visible in the “classic mode”.
Any update on if/when Litespeed cache will be supported? I purchased this however it breaks every time I cache a page. I would love to use both but speed is very important to any website. It looks like Litespeed has reached out to you with a solution so please let me know when it will be implemented.

Hello! I love this plugin but I’m having problems with the role manager portion. I cannot access the other user types besides the Administrator. I watched the tutorial on this and it shows that the role types and expand/collapsable but mine aren’t. Please help! Thank you.

Hello, The grids take longer to load than other elements as they are loaded at the end of page load timeline via ajax. The issue is more prominent as the page is using multiple grids.

I am using this again, and it has a serious bug. When I add a masonry grid for posts, it only shows two. There are no filters, and my other posts do not show. I tried adding a filter, and it works on two posts only. The others never appear, why?

I have a row with 2 columns. The left column is text. But I want to make the right column an image gallery that covers the entire column so I can fade in and fade out a few images.
Currently, the image gallery is not covering the whole column as desired and doing the column background option only allows one image at a time. Any suggestions?

I’m looking for a way to change multiple pages or posts created with Visual Composer/Page Builder for WP in one go. In my case I created for 20 pages with different settings for the header and want to change them all to use the same settings. I can use bulk edit for pages, but don’t have the option there to change the settings used in VC/PB. Is there a clever way to do this?

Hello, Unfortunately, at present there is no option for bulk editing. However, if you use our templater add-on: https://codecanyon.net/item/templatera-template-manager-for-visual-composer/5195991?s_rank=2 to add the template via templatera element, then any change that you make to the template will be reflected onto the respective pages where the template is being used.

Love Visual Composer, but think it is wrong it can’t be updated when purchased through third party. It is paid for, regardless by whom.
Hello, The plugin can be updated if the direct plugin license is purchased through us. If you received it as a part of the theme, then you can either rely on the theme author for it’s update or can purchase a direct license through us. The direct license will allow you to auto-update the plugin in future.

Hi Rohan, thank you for your answer. If I have to purchase another license through you, I have to pay for it again. The Theme builder has paid you for it, and I paid him. So it is already paid for and thus not fair to have to purchase a new license just for an update.
Hello, The theme author has purchased the extended license. This license only allows the theme author to include it with the them. As per the envato license terms, it does not allow the theme buyers to have a plugin license as this is possible only when the plugin is purchased directly through us.

I use Page Builder in a Premium Theme and looking for an option for the Post Grid Builder to display a combination of Tags. At the moment I can choose both but there is no option to combine these two that only posts are displayed that got both tags in it. Is there any chance to narrow the data source to a pair of tags?
Hello, Such option is currently not available as the filter uses either of the two. A work-around is to add a third tag for the post which uses both the tags and then use the new tag instead of two in narrow data source field.

Hello, I just purchased the plugin tonight.
I added a two-column layout, with text on the left side and background image on the right side.
I set row columns to Equal Size.
The problem is that when I view in the Responsive Preview mode, the background image disappears for mobile devices? How can I fix this?
I followed the example I saw in your YouTube video below, which is to add padding to to the Top and Bottom of the column. Still the background image would not show in mobile devices.How can this be fixed?
Actually tinkered around and found the solution(adding padding to all four sides, which solved the problem). I noticed that the more the px, the better, although this increased the overall height. I wonder if there’s any logic/ ratio for deciding how many px to pad, based on, perhaps, the size of the image. Or is better to keep testing different pixels until you find the right one?
ANOTHER question: is there to make the text more responsive?
Hello, 1) Unfortunately, there is no such ratio, but the more padding you add on top and bottom, the taller will be the image.
2) The text responsiveness is handled by the theme. You can control it via CSS using CSS media query: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_mediaqueries.asp to increase/decrease the cont-size on smaller screens.

Hi, I am having an issue with the plugin. The editor no longer displays on my pages, just all the “short codes”.
The plugin is up to date, and so is my WordPress version. I also tried disabling all plugins but that did not work either.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, but still no luck.
