Additional Fields in Appointments List?
I would like to be able to show the customer’s booking number in the appointments list table. I don’t see an option for this. Has anyone done this before? Can you give me an idea of where/how to edit the table to get the booking number to show? Could be important to a client who cannot find their reservation email – emails currently show booking number – but needs to reference it. So if they are logged in they can easily see the number in the table.

i have 2 problems with bookly 14.1 the first one is when some one do the booking the payment not shown in admin area the second one is now when some one do the booking its not appear in the appointments at all ! and in the calendar its show that some one register but there no customer details at all

How my clients can login in to see their reservations ?
Can they pay one for 1 service, that includes 10 seances and book all of them separated ? I mean they buy 1O massages, but they want to book one for the 12th another for the 25th etc…

I am using this plugin on a school’s website for students to schedule tutoring appointments. The tutors are the Staff Members and the subjects they teach are the Services. Is there a way to designate which subject a tutor teaches on certain days? For example, John Smith is in the tutoring center on Monday and Wednesday, but he tutors English on Mondays and Math on Wednesdays. Can I make that distinction in the back end so students can book him accordingly on the front end?

It works perfectly except few random slots which are not blocked on bookly but busy on GC. Should you help me with that problem ?

Please check if the time zone is set correctly in WordPress settings. I advise choosing a city from your time zone instead of fixed hours, to avoid having issues with DST. I have a pre-sale question I want to set-up a simpel system for a camping site where custommers can book a campsite.
So it must be possible to select a date and fill in an simpel form. Further a oversight in an agenda on which they can see if a period is full.

Currently, only these codes are available for the event’s title. The rest of the information regarding the booked appointment will be displayed in the description of the synchronized event.

Hello,
I would like to use the Woocommerce integration with your plugin. I followed all the steps of your documentation but I have a problem with the cart page : it doesn’t display the custom Bookly cart with the Cart item data I have entered in the Bookly settings, but instead it shows the regular Woocommerce Cart page with the name of the random product I created (the same product name is displayed whatever the service I choose, I can click on it and see the details and the fake random price I set for this product, etc.).
Do you know what could have caused this issue ?

i had added an additional text field like training venue above internal note fields in backend new appointment and i want to store that data in database and show it in the backend all appointment table

If you added a new custom field, it will be displayed on the details step of booking form and can be seen in the back-end by opening an appointment and clicking on the customer’s name.

Hi I just wanted to ask you for some advice on something we need to do with the plugin but not sure to do it. My client needs another field to show which location the service will be available in per days. Some days his mobile car wash will be in one location and the other days in another. He wants to to be some how connected to the dates. How can we do this?

Username Issue for New Customer Using First Name and Last Name
In the details section of the form, if the name is set to just name and the customer is new so that an account gets created, an email is sent with the user credentials as the user’s actual name as expected.
However, if the fields are set to first name and last name an email is sent with the user credentials “client”. Just the word “client” – no actual name.
Just noticed today after updated to newest version.
