What do you mean by trend? If the address changes, this happens, I can reset it anytime. There will be a tool where you can reset it yourself in the future (limited times to prevent abuse). One site is one regular license as per Envato’s licensing.
I’ve bought it yesterday, but it doesn’t work with .webp. Am I doing something wrong? Without .webp it’s useless for me.
No, you are right, it doesn’t yet support webp.
JIG supports WebP now, you might reconsider its use? Changelog: https://justifiedgrid.com/support/changelog-update-history/#v4_3
Hi
Since the last upate I get the error below in my error log:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’’A CSS shorthand margin value:’ (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE) in /home/useraccount/public_html/wp-content/plugins/justified-image-grid/justified-image-grid-core.php on line 4321
Thanks
Hi,
that seems very random, and there is nothing wrong around that line in the code. Are you sure the update was successful and the file is fully on the server and not partially? It should be 870 251 bytes large. It looks like as if the file was truncated at that random line.
Hi, I re-upload it and will see… (yes the file was 870 251 bytes large)
Hi, did it work? If you inspect that part of the file on the server, does it look like this? https://i.snag.gy/avZbwj.jpg
yes it does and the error seems to be gone, thanks
Sounds good!
Hey Firsh,
Hope all is well. Here I am again. See the Dropbox link below where I am including screenshots for the JIG settings, the NextGen album with the galleries inside and the way the album looks when displayed on the page.
Images link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/r7ag9jm8e89amm5/AABeTsI4vsdR9dH-x8t9W34Sa?dl=0
And here’s the shortcode for JIG used in the page:
[justified_image_grid preset=3 link_title_field=description img_alt_field=description caption=fade mobile_caption=same caption_bg_color=transparent caption_title_size=15px caption_align=center v_center_captions=yes overlay=hovered mobile_overlay=same overlay_color=#000 overlay_opacity=0.5 lightbox=photoswipe mobile_lightbox=photoswipe margin=5px orderby=menu_order last_row=match-center load_more=click load_more_text=”LOAD MORE ALBUMS” load_more_count_text=”(count Remaining)” initially_load=16 ng_album=4 ng_count=undefined]
Despite I applied your suggestions the galleries keep being displayed ordered by ID (Kyros is the first one in the screenshot, Moon Safari is the second one) Any help with this enigma will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Joel
Ok I just checked on my own site and it was doing the same thing by default, for me too. The change you need to make is in the NextGEN settings, all you need to do is: https://i.snag.gy/3hkfLG.jpg
I had it on Image ID, but you need to change it to Custom. It’s not exclusive, you can still sort by anything you like later, but this main NextGEN switch needs to be on Custom. Once switched, the gallery which shows a NG album containing galleries in a custom order, will respect your custom order and will not show things by ID ascending.
Hi there Firsch

Hi!
Automatic update does not work for my version. I get the following error message: ‘Automatic update error! This purchase code has already been used on another host! You need one regular license for each different site. ‘
But it is the only installation I am running.
Thanks in advance. Sebastian

Hi Firsh, Im changed host, to Gandi from Hostgator.Im always the following problem: “All of the images have failed to load”. The page : http://www.cousenegal.sn/mediatheque/visite-dg-ooas/
It seems to work for me, have you already solved the problem?
not yet .U can see now : http://www.cousenegal.sn/mediatheque/ .Ive just activate jetpack for one moment
Hi,
one of your thumbnails would be:
http://www.cousenegal.sn/wp-content/plugins/justified-image-grid/timthumb.php?src=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cousenegal.sn%2Fwp-content%2Fgallery%2FExercice-de-simulation-sur-la-Maladie-à-Virus-Ebola-(MVE)-à-Dakar%2FDSC_6316.jpg&h=230&q=90&f=.jpgIt is a 403 error and it says:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/plugins/justified-image-grid/timthumb.php on this server.
Check your security plugins or configuration by your hosting. You can ultimately move timthumb.php to a location where it is allowed to run as per your configuration. I have it on my local server in the uploads folder.
Im changes permissions to 755.Always the same problem
Hi, I don’t mean the chmod permissions, but .htaccess rules, or recently many security plugins just block php file access in the plugins folder, as pointed out in the article the error message links to. All my knowledge in this topic is in that troubleshooting fix. Can you ask your hosting about this?
GANDI
I meant contact GANDI and they should be able to solve this for you. It’s a server setup problem.
Ok, what’s the solution right now?
Hi Firsch,
Sorry, failed to see the shortcode editors in the post! Thanks again for the plugin.
Regards, Ross
Ok
Hi Firsch,
Is there a way to change the settings for a specific gallery? My general settings are fine, but I want to use the plugin for a gallery page and one that page I wish to display the image title, as well (currently set to only show the caption). Does the shortcode allow for this?
Thanks, Ross

Download package from Codecanyon seems to still show 3.6 as the version. Was the version not updated in the PHP file, or is it still serving the 3.6 version ZIP file?
Nevermind, seems Envato has not approved it yet. Link still serves up version 3.6.
Yeah it’s still in the queue. Get the update via my autoupdate system on your dashboard.

In the future my system will catch these minor changes and allow them automatically. It’s being worked on.
Hi Firsh, I am getting the following on my webpage after the latest update “Notice: Undefined index: pagenow in …/wp-content/plugins/justified-image-grid/justified-image-grid-core.php on line 901”. Any suggestions.
Hi, on which page of the admin are you getting that notice? What is your WP version? If you turn wp_debug off (to false) in the wp-config.php it goes away, it’s a harmless notice but I’ll certainly attempt to hide it if for some reason it’s not defined.
My plugin tells me to contact support for a reset. I copied my site to a staging area and it’s locked now. Could you please unlock my username?I’ve deactivated it on my staging site. Thanks!
