Hi, I’m having a visual issue with the vc progress bar, maybe you could help : the element allows me to set a bar color for all labels or individually, but I can’t seem to find an easy way to change either the background of these bars ( the empty part on the right the bar is not filling ), which is always an off-white, or the label text color which appears inside these bars, always white as well. Thus creating a problem of white text onto white background when the text is longer than the filled up part of the bar. Say label is “Cost of advertising” and value is 10%, most of the text will not be visible. IS there any way to modify either the label text color, or the bar empty part color ? Thanks !
My bad. found what I needed in the custom color extra menu. Still would be nice to have a little option to set the labels on top of the bars or change its font size, could come handy ! Great job otherwise, been using VC for 2 weeks now, first website ever, loving it. Keep up the good work !

Is there any way to control how the scripts load and for what modules are loaded. Its slowing my project down no matter which way I go unless I deactivate the plugin, then i see many vc_ elements that are now broken of course
Hello, The Visual Composer by default only loads the related scripts if the element is used on a particular page.

Hi, I am using version 5.2 bundled with the Legend theme. When I activate this plugin, the drop-down-menu in the editor will no longer drop-down so I can not select / format text. I click on the black arrow and nothing happens.
How to fix it?
Hello, This issue is already fixed in our latest release which is 5.2.1. You can contact the theme author to obtain the latest version or can purchase the direct plugin license through us to update it at your end.

Since updating my FAQs no longer expand when you click on them. Also when you edit a page or post and click on settings for an element, the pop-up box has become very large and off-screen, so you can’t scroll or close it.

I had previously tried to update my site to version 5.2 when it first came out, but I (and MANY others) had issues with visual composer not displaying any of the content. Did the 5.2.1 update fix that? I had to go back to 5.1.1 so my site would display correctly, but now when I go in to edit a page it looks weird in edit mode.
And all the tabs are gone too!

is it possible to put pages or custom post(with ids) in carousel ( i found for blogs but not for pages or custom post type)

Hi there. 
I have a web platform in development, and I will need activation and testing of your app/software on my dev server, qa server, staging and live – all on same main domain. The four servers are subdomains. Will one license cover all four servers? I would hope I don’t have to buy four licenses and update and manage all four separately. Thanks in advance for your answer and help.
Hello, As per the envato license terms, each setup requires a license of it’s own. If rest of the setups are for testing, then only one license will be sufficient. However, if you want to avail auto-updates and access template library for each setup, then each will require a separate license.

Was wondering if you have anyone report of Google Analytics numbers dropping after update. I recently just updated visual composer to the newest version and the next day my traffic to site was cut in half and stayed there. This is unusual since my traffic has been consistent for 2 years. Is it possible to install an older version of visual composer? thanks

WHERE ARE MY PRESETS?
I saved a ton of presets for my Text Block element and now I have no access anymore?!? WTF!

Hello, The presets are added as independent elements since 5.2 release. If you click on add elements option, you will find your presets added as elements in the modal which is opened for selecting the elements.

I have seen such stupid decisions at some developers lately. Anyone knows how this sickness is called? An easy 2-click-step to choose a preset turns now out to be a quiz without a warning.

Just noticed a bug (probably) within Vc_Vendor_Woocommerce class.
I am using “Product category” widget and while selecting category:
It is displaying the category list:
Which is not the same reflection of categories in Product > categories:
Can you please take a look and check where is the problem with this getCategoryChilds (js_composer/include/classes/vendors/plugins/class-vc-vendor-woocommerce.php:1127) function which is returning different results.

My issue that I’m having is when I put a woocommerce product page on one of my pages via Visual Composer, when viewed on mobile the layout isnt right and it cuts off the title and just looks bad. Was wondering why it was doing that and what was the fix.

Hello, Unfortunately our standard accordion does not have such a feature as only one accordion tab can be kept open at a time. You can however use the FAQ element to do so as each of it’s tab is independent of other.
